-B./ thro)gh Star >agic/ shall ha#e the o+tion to enter into a management agreement with me/

manage my +rofessional career! The term of the management agreement shall "e for a minim)m
+eriod of one () year/ which may "e renewed at ABS,-B.6Star >agicDs sole o+tion for s)ch

and trade secrets of ABS,-B. or any of its directors/ stoc0holders/ officers/ em+loyees/
cons)ltants/ or +ersonnel (the Ce+resentati#es)! I shall not disclose directly or indirectly to any
third +arty any s)ch confidential information and trade secrets of ABS,-B. or its
Ce+resentati#es/ incl)ding the terms of this Bai#er and Celease and the terms and conditions of
any contract that I may e1ec)te with ABS,-B.! This o"ligation shall s)r#i#e my +artici+ation
in the A)dition/ and will contin)e e#en if I do not 7)alify as a finalist in the Program!
! If I am selected to "e a finalist in the Program/ I will not directly disclose s)ch selection to any
+erson/ other than to my +arents or legal g)ardian! I will not/ nor thro)gh my +arents or legal
g)ardian/ consent to any inter#iew/ +ress release/ iss)ance or any other +)"lic disclos)re "y any
means or method/ of s)ch selection +rior to the date that ABS,-B. designates for me to mo#e
into the ho)se! I also ac0nowledge that +rior to the "roadcast of the Program/ the +lans of ABS,
-B. for the Program/ and any of the acti#ities/ res)lts and de#elo+ments in the A)dition
(Program -ontent)/ are strictly confidential! I shall not disclose directly or indirectly to any
third +arty any of the Program -ontent/ )nless s)ch Program -ontent "ecomes or is made

Program and that this dis7)alification shall "e final and )na++eala"le/ witho)t +re@)dice to any

A! Sho)ld I ma0e any misre+resentation of any matter to ABS,-B./ #iolate any of my
)nderta0ings/ warranties or o"ligations in this Bai#er and Celease/ I shall "e a)tomatically
dis7)alified from the A)dition and from any +ossi"le incl)sion in the Program/ witho)t
+re@)dice to any other right or remedy ABS,-B. may ha#e against me at law or e7)ity!
$'! >y fail)re to sign/ my +arent6s or my legal g)ardianDs/ and my >anagerDs fail)re to sign (in
case I am re+resented "y a >anager)/ this Bai#er and Celease/ or to com+ly with the foregoing
