Adjustment Voltage Regulator circuit

Adjustment Voltage Regulator circuit is an electronic device that can supply direct current or DC
that are contained in an electronic device can work well . Component that is the source of DC
power supply is best battery or batteries . However , for applications requiring larger power
supply , so that the source of the battery alone is not enough .
Power supply source and the greatest good in use is a source of alternating current AC (
alternating current ) which is a source of power generation . To be able to use the power plant , in
perlukanlah a power supply device that can alter the flow of AC ( alternating current ) into DC
current ( direct current) .
Usually the voltage regulator circuit adjustment using a stable power supply and zener diode as a
voltage stabilizer . To be able to control the level of higher precision , then we can use a voltage
regulator . Regulatory component that is in use is an IC which often have three legs terminals
and has a shape similar to a power transistor .
Rectifier circuit in saying nice if the voltage ripple is small. If the voltage PLN up and down ,
then the output voltage will also go up and down . When current flows greater , the DC voltage
discharge also go down . Changes in voltage applications is quite disturbing , so in need of active
components that can regulate the voltage becomes stable .
The following Image Adjustment Voltage Regulator circuit schematic :

MSK5012 is adjustable voltage regulator that is extremely reliable . Whose output can be
programmed by using two resistors . This regulator has a dropout voltage is very low ( 0.45v @
10A ) for use MOSFT with very low RDS . The MS5012 has a high degree of accuracy and
ripple rejection of about 45dB . It is available in a 5 pin package electrically isolated from the
internal circuits . It gives us the freedom to enter the IC directly to the heat sink and the heat sink
of this kind directly improve heat dissipation .
The output voltage of this circuit is adjustable from 1.3v to 36v DC . Resistors R1 and R2 are
used for programming voltage . For all applications , the value of R2 is fixed 10K . The
relationship between R1 , R2 and the output voltage Vout is according to the equation R1 = R2 (
Vout/1.235 ) -1 . C1 is a filter capacitor is also part of the MOSFET gate drive circuitry .
Approximately three times the input voltage will appear across the capacitor and the voltage
rating should be appropriate choices . C2 is the input filter capacitor while the output filter
capacitor C3 is .
