We also understand that the manpower needs of ABC Ltd are unique as well as challenging, in terms of your diverse areas of operation viz. Sales and Strategic Solutions, Operations and Real Estate Consultancy, and in the context of your massive expansion plan.
We propose to meet your staffing needs in the most convenient and cost-effective method available in the industry today. Leveraging our over five years of experience in professionally managing the end-to- end recruitment cycle, we will identify the right talent, screen them as per your requirements, interview the candidates and select the ideal candidates who meet your specific requirement.
Method & Approach
The objective is to recruit provide 15 SAP trainers and 60-70 HR Consultants who have relevant experience and the required skillset, to meet the immediate needs of ABC Ltd. Out of these, approximately 6 SAP trainers and 30 HR Consultants would be senior level professionals.
The qualifications of the candidates would be:
SAP Trainers: Graduate or Post Graduate in Computer Science and Engineering from a government recognized institute, with a minimum post-qualification work experience of 5 years in implementing SAP solutions in a firm of repute. (Note For senior level professionals, a minimum of 10 years work experience would be prescribed)
HR Consultants: A Post Graduate degree in Human Resources Management/Industrial Relations/Industrial Relations or MBA with specialization in HR, from a government recognized institution, with a minimum post-qualification work experience of 5 years in a firm of standing. (Note For senior level professionals, a minimum of 10 years work experience would be prescribed) The above qualifications can be modified as per specific requirement from your side, if any.

Workplan
The proposed workplan for each of the above phases are as follows:
Workplan for Phase I (Attracting Talent): As a preliminary step, we would shortlist qualified resumes from our internal candidate database. We would also advertise in national dailies as well as on website and other internet platforms, asking potential candidates to send in their resumes to us.
We will also use our industry network to attract professionals through referrals and personal contacts
Workplan for Phase 2 (Interview and Selection): The interview process would be conducted as per best of industry standards. There will be 3 rounds of interview:
The Interview Board would comprise industry experts, professionals as well as senior executives from our organization.
Workplan for Phase 3 (Background Check): The selected candidates would be subjected to a thorough background check to verify their antecedents and qualifications.
After the completion of the three phases, the list of finally recommended candidates would be sent to ABC Ltd for further necessary action.
Schedule
Based on the method and approach described above, we estimate that the whole process would require approximately 5 weeks to complete. We are prepared to initiate the process by January 1 and to complete it no later than February 8. The chart below outlines the project phases and work. To complete this project in the stipulated timeframe, we will assign a three person core project team. We will have 10 people in total that will be responsible for this project. In addition, we will need the full time participation of Mr. Charles Darwin. The team will be led by Mr. Varun Pandey. He is one of the owners of the firm. He has more than twenty years experience in recruiting people. In particular, he is recognized as an expert on SAP and was a senior member in the Microsoft SAP division. He is a Computer science graduate from IIT Kanpur and did his MBA in Strategy and Consulting from Harvard. Mr. Abhishek Sinha will serve as project manager. He will provide day to day supervision of the project. Mr. Sinha has extensive experience in recruiting in both technical and HR domain. He is a computer science graduate from NIT Allahabad and did his MBA in HR from IIM Ahmedabad. He has recently lead the team involved in recruitment for Google. Dr. Naresh Sharma will complete the recruitment team. He will oversee the activities, gather the data from the interviews and do the final interview consisting of the Psychometric assessment of the candidate. He is a Post Doctorate in Psychology from John Hopkins University.
