Wiring
We also can design or duplicate your company logos and lettering

so the truck is ready for work when you receive it.
We have a line of bedliners to coat the inside of tool boxes or decks of wrecker bodies for a very durable finish.
By painting in-house, we eliminate the excuses of a poor paint job.
When routing wires through wrecker bodies, tool boxes or pylon, we secure in a metal zip tie rod
and zip-tie the wires to the rod every 4 -6 inches to ensure the wiring is held in place and does
not get damaged.
We bring all of the wiring in a truck through a common junction box.
We ground the junction box with a heavy gauge ground wire from the truck frame. We use star
washers to ensure a good metal to metal contact is made on the ground cable.

Swaged Winch Lines have two primary advantages over
conventional wire rope: higher break strength and resistance
to crushing. An oversized wire rope is swaged which reduces
the voids between the strands. The result is more steel in a
given area, which increases the break strength dramatically.
These same characteristics allow for more surface contact
with winch drums and sheaves which resists in crushing

up to 2,500 lbs. The patented locking mechanism

it?. This is a very important question because the size of vehicle you are going
to tow has a great impact on the GVW, Wheel Base, Brake Capacity and Wrecker
Capacity. WreckMaster has provided this tow capacity formula to help
you pick the correct wheel base. You will need to weigh the front axle
of your tow truck and measure the wheel base and wheel lift overhang
before doing this formula. The Tow Capacity number you get will be the
maximum amount of weight you can lift and still have 50% front axle weight. If
