COMES NOW, the plaintiff and unto this Honorable Court, most respectfully state
that herein defendant has fully satisfied its obligation with the Foundation thru payment
of cash at herein plaintiffs office.

WHEREFORE, plaintiff moves that said complaint be dismissed based on the
aforesaid reason.
