I: System Requirements
Minimum System Requirements:
Operating System : Windows XP (with SP3) or Windows Vista (with SP2) Windows 7 (

If the framerate of your game seems to be low, try lowering some of the video se
ttings to solve the problem. Make sure that you've closed all unnecessary progra
ms running in the background before launching the game. Make sure you have the l
atest video/audio/motherboard drivers installed on your computer.

III: Known Compatibility Issues
Please note that video cards that do not support hardware pixel shaders version
4.0 or better do not fully meet the game's minimum spec and will therefore suffe
r performance issues.
In all cases check that you have installed the latest drivers for your motherboa
rd, audio and graphics card from your hardware manufacturer's website.

IV: FAQ
Q: Why is an error message displayed while executing the game?
A: Make sure the latest Microsoft DirectX, Microsoft Visual C++ 2010 Redistribut
able Package and Windows Media Format 11 Runtime are installed on your computer.
If not, install them from the game folder \support\ or visit www.microsoft.com.
A: Make sure you have the latest motherboard, audio and video drivers installed
on your computer. They are usually available for download from the vendor's webs
ite. Check the following sites for video card drivers:
www.amd.com for ATI/AMD Radeon drivers (we recommend 13.1 or higher)
www.nvidia.com for NVIDIA GeForce drivers (we recommend version 314.22 or higher
)
A: Make sure that you have closed all unnecessary programs running in background

Q. There are some sounds I can't hear.
A: If you are using a 4.1 or higher speaker system please check if it is set pro
perly in your sound card properties. You may also try changing the speaker syste
m to 2/2.1 and then check out if you hear all the sounds.

Before contacting our Customer Support representatives make sure your machine me
ets minimum requirements and you have the latest video/audio/motherboard drivers
installed on your computer and that you have the following information:
1. Product title, version number and language (version number and language can b
e found in bottom-right hand corner of the game main menu)
2. Operating system version
3. Computer's processor type and speed
4. Amount of RAM
5. Manufacturer and model of your video card + drivers' version
6. Manufacturer and model of your sound card + drivers' version
7. DirectX version
8. Detailed description of a problem
9. Attachment including:
a. DxDiag.txt file. To create DxDiag.txt file run Start, Run, type dxdiag and ch
oose Save All Informations...
b. crash.log file from folder \[Your User Name]\AppData\Local\techland\cojgunsli
nger\Out\logs\ Attention: crash.log file is overwritten each time you run the ga
me, so it needs to be sent immediately after the problem occurs.
