Dear Katarina Lindqvist,
This is an official appeal of your denial of my request under the Public Access to Information and Secrecy Act.
You stated that the "The Ministry of Justice does not handle these matters." Peter Sunde's recent arrest on
May 31, 2014 was cooperation with the Polish Police Service and Peter Sunde was wanted by Interpol. The
Central Authority that handles Interpol warrants and requests for extradiction is under the Ministry of Justice.

In addition, I request a waiver of all fees for this request since the disclosure of the information I seek is not
primarily in my commercial interest, and is likely to contribute significantly to public understanding of the
operations or activities of the government, making the disclosure a matter of public interest.
If you deny my appeal, what are the next options I have for appealing the Ministry of Justice's decision?
