I. Executive Summary
The executive board of this Teach & Care LLC shall be composed
of not less than three persons and not more than five persons.
The Teach & Care LLC shall have both the board of directors,
administrator and executive manager on site and off site.
II. Background
This Library project is the property of Teach & Care LLC, and
its owner. Teach & Care is registered in the United States of
America under the secretary of the state of Arizona as a sole
propriety of Jane Abucha MSN, ACNP-BC,DNP-S. This Library has
been a dream of the owner & family to improve education in the
community by providing some basic materials that may be useful.
As a dream come true, Teach & Care shall be established in Loa
to support teachers and students in education and to pursue
their dreams. Teach & care has been funded by the owner, and
supported by family. It shall remain as a family project while
serving the community. Jane Abucha shall manage Teach & Care
project remotely from the United States of America (USA). Nancy
Abucha and Martin Abucha shall co-manage some of the projects
especially the computers and all technology departments. He
shall also over see the board of directors. The biggest
appreciation goes to my brother Martin Abucha, Ladu Artema, my
sister Nancy who has worked tired less to ensure customs
clearance of the XRAY machine in Juba and Customs in Mombasa
Nairobi for clearance, my lovely kids, Robert, Rebecca, Dorine,
Mark, Lucky and Nora. Other thanks go to many friends and
families, especially, Amada, Ukuni and Joseph Kibuende director

planning to first part of implementation of the project has
taken approximately 15 months. And arrival of the equipments to
Africa took more than 6 months due to crises and peace
instability in south Sudan.
III. Objectives
The main objective is to bring services to the people in the
area in terms of education, vocational training, jobs, health
screening and treatment of medical conditions as well s
encourage socialization of the community. The center shall also
increase awareness and information flow through Internet caf
and the sports bar as well as job search.
IV. Goals
The major goals are as follows:
1. To establish the first public Library in South Sudan
2. To establish a basic health center with a trauma unit
3. To establish a small internet caf, computer classes,
vocation school for nurses and other technical schools
4. To improve communication between the community via
socialization and networking (sports bar)
5. To give employment to the community
6. To assist travellers on the road by providing emergency
tire repair and exchange service.
7. To create an opportunity for internships & teaching for
college students.
8. To give technical & vocational skills for employment

V. Emblem (Logo)
1. The emblem (logo) shall consist of one or more symbols of
education and health or medical.
2. The symbols shall be in the middle of the object in a
circular form.
3. The circular form shall have two rings in it shall inscribe
the following words (We Teach, Care, & Serve)
4. Colors: The Health symbol color shall be green/gold while
the education color shall be light blue/blue depending on
the images.
5. The two circular rings around the emblem shall be green or
gold.
VI. Initial Activities
The three main pillars of the Teach & Care, LLC is to
a. Create a conducive environment for study and research for
the local community in the area.
b. Provide the most basic needed medical services in the area
through both preventive and clinical services
c. Provide Technical education and skills to those who cannot
go to Universities or colleges elsewhere.

1. Library
The library shall have books and any other reading material
that shall be deemed useful for the community. It shall
also have Internet access for those who will like to do
research using online material. The Library shall have at
least 6 different book selves, some of these books can be
borrowed and returned upon the library policy. Reference

book may not be borrowed under any circumstances. Fee for
service items shall apply according to terms and conditions
including usage.

2. Medical Clinics
Teach and Care shall have more than two medical clinics
worldwide as out patient/walk in clinics with one trauma
center.
The first clinic is located in the city of Phoenix in

The second Medical clinic is situated in a population of
the indigenous people who are far from the town and the
city. This specific location has no clinic, health center
nor a hospital. The idea of creating one in this location
is to bring services to the people, prevent preventable
disease, screen for chronic disease and serve as a trauma
unit for Nimule-Juba road accidents and local trauma. This
medical center overtime will provide medical, trauma care,
stroke emergencies, Heart attacks emergencies and delivery
of newborn with full maternal & infant service.
3. Teach and Care Groups homes in AZ
This group home shall be in Arizona for seniors and adults
with developmental disabilities.

b. The second group home is located in Arizona also at 6853

mental home health. Fax: 1-866-355-0977. This home shall
open in July 2014.

4. Technical College
shall provide technical education in the fields of nursing,
masonry, carpentry and joinery, electrical services,
computer science and technology and construction.
Initially, all courses shall be 3-6 months courses except
for nursing professional classes, which shall be cohort
program.

The first department that shall be opened is the Computer
Science and Technology department. And the classes are as
follows;
a. Computer keyboarding
b. Level one basic computer learning
c. Level two basic computer learning
d. Level three word document/Microsoft beginner class

e. Level four excel, windows 2008
f. Level five advance computer class with applications
g. Internet and Social Media
h. Internet Security and Privacy
This department shall open in Spring 2014 in Loa. The first
class registration shall start in January 2014 and selected
applicants shall start classes twice weekly for a period of

16 weeks. Each level of class shall terminate with its
designated certificate.
5. Loa Sports Bar
This is a small local caf type like, it is meant as an
entertainment center as well as refreshment place. It will
open in Loa to serve the community in Loa and around it.
The services in the sports bar include but not limited to
bar grill, salad bar, barbeque and beverages of different
types. No alcohol shall be served to anyone under 18 years
old. The center shall also serve as a main location for
world Olympics, sports and other important world occasions.
6. Loa Tire Shop
This shall be located in Loa local Center NO. 1. The tire
shop shall save for immediate needs arising on Juba Nimule
road where there is no service. It shall also generate
income to help support its maintenance. The future plan is
to expand the shop into a complete auto mechanic shop for
both body and engine repair.

7. Loa internet cafe & Job search
This is a basic service to the people in the neighborhood
so as to have access to information from the world as well
as education. This will also give access to students in the
area who need research and a quite study area. This will
also attract the community and will allow returnees to come
back home.

8. Special Services

This includes a special area that has a small electronic
shop. This shop shall sell electronics and electronic
equipment. Prices shall be set to allow affordability,
rules and regulations apply.
