the credit card industry is on its declining
stage
-charges on online funds transfer are more
then any other bank in the market

funding base by investing in capital markets

CONCLUSION:
For making progress HBL should increase
their strengths and opportunities and
decrease their weaknesses and threats, HBL
can increase their opportunities and threats
by increasing assets and decreasing
liabilities.
HBL is primary dealer of Govt. securities.
HBL focuses on opening more ISLAMIC
HBL has always contributed towards
worthily causes and also donated
generously in case of calamities.
RECOMMENDATIONS:
Training programs for internees and newly
appointed employees.
HBL is Pakistans largest bank. It should
eliminate the cost of online banking.
HBL is initiator of Tele-banking service
which is unique service in Pakistan. Through
this service we can get information about
our personal account on telephone. Most of
the times customers finds the service
operator busy so HBL should increase their
tele-banking service center.
Quick response to customer queries.
Most of the banking employees are sticking
to one seat only, as a result they become
master of one particular job and lose their
grip on other banking operations. In my
opinion each employee should have regular
job change.
In commercial institutions like banks,
reward and punishment system should be
introduced. Means smart, educated, skilled,
self-spoken and well-dressed staff should
be rewarded and appreciated and lazy staff
should be warned and punished.
