GA is a GST registered company. All budgetary quotation will be subject to Singapore Prevailing
Goods and Services (GST) upon billing.
GA has the right to discontinue the works if payment is not made on time and reserves the right to
remove or dismantle the works in the event of non-payment.

customers. Our prices are structured to provide customers with comprehensive, value-added
services and targeted to build enhanced value into the renovated premise.
All Budgetary Estimates have been carefully prepared with detailed descriptions and individual
cost breakdowns to enable customers to make an informed decision. There is no hidden cost and
customers are at liberty to remove any items proposed herein prior to project confirmation.

Items requested in the process of the renovation works but not originally included in the quotation
shall be treated as extras to be billed to client at a pre-agreed rate.
All finished works remains the property of GA until full payment has been made by client. GA
reserves the right to claim back or the right to repossess part or all fixtures or furniture installed at
site in the event of non-payment or late payment after serving reasonable notices.

Client is deemed to have taken possession of the renovated premise in satisfactory condition once
they have taken-over, shifted-in, leased-out or begun occupation of the said premise, unless
otherwise documented and signed by both parties indicating clearly any unfinished scope of work.
