    Assembly

    Theassemblyofthebushesisveryeasy.Likemetalrubberbushes,thenewbushescanbepressedintothecasingswithhydraulic
    pistons.Theforcerequiredtoinsertthebushesissmallerthanformetalbushes.Theforcedoesdependonthesizeofthebush.
    IfinsertedintoNoryltypepolymercasings,itisrecommendedtouseasmallamountoftypicalpolymerglueontheouterperimeter
    ofthebush.Oneexamplewithverygoodresultsis:Loctite406.

    CompatibilitywithotherBearingsTypes

    Pumpsmust always be assembled exclusivelywithonetype ofbearing.The usageofdifferenttypesofbearingsinonepump (f.e.


    metalrubber&polymer)mayleadtovibrationsandexcessivewear.

    Storage

    Itisrecommendedtostorethenewpolymerbushesdryandcool.Largetemperaturevariationshouldbeprevented.
