A company d o o Zenica
The initial placement of products and services mainly related to the
customers within the BiH.
Develoment of market sales caused intensive investment in equipment and
facilities as well as human resources of the company.

termomatik . . . was established in 1987. as a private
enterprise with an unlimited liability. A company from its establishment is engaged
in engineering, manufacturing and installation of industrail furnaces and industrial
automation.
Development of resources of the company enabled the carrying out engineering
work and for the foreign market from which we can emphasize engineering of
industrial furnaces and automation, software for programmable machines
( 5 and 7, its own system based on microcontroller),
engineering in the field of refractory and refractory lining as well as the
development and manufacture of electronic equipment and steel construction
according to the order for their own purposes.
Today company employs highly professional staff of different types specialized
for industrial furnaces, automation, measurement and control, and refractory and
collaborate with leading domestic and foreign companies.
A company is trying to adjust to current standards of quality and environment
management to ensure preconditions for the further development of the market
sales.
Business alignment to the standards of quality and environment in the field of
development of manufacture and sales of technological equipment and machinery
as well as continuosly training of human resources in the application of methods
of quality and environmental protection are guarantee for the successful
positioning of the company in the future.
We have not had trouble with suppliers in the purpose of performing our services,
and environment analysis indicates that this trend will continue in the coming
years in business. Good business relations with suppliers and their concerns for
quality is certainly facilitate the realization of our vision, mission and strategic and
business objectives. The company currently works with 60 users who are loyal to
the founding company. In the market we are recognized for quality, experience
and good business cooperation.

QUALITY POLICY AND ENVIRONMENTAL MANAGEMENT
Quality policy and environmental management is defined, documented and
implemented in the company Zenica on the following principles:

- We strive to ensure the rights and environmentally friendly product with the right
price and that he finds the right time on the market;
- We establish partnerships with our suppliers based on a fair basis in the purpose
of long-term business cooperation, mutually beneficial, including the requirements
of environmental management system;
- company undertakes to persue the fulfillment of all requirements
of quality management and environment policy (policy which corresponds to the
nature, extent and impacts on the environment), and be responsible for their own
activities, products and services in all phases of the business process, thereby
preventing pollution of the environment;
- We provide continuous control of the complement system, quality and
environmental management, and training and employees motivation;
- We will take care of the conserve of natural resources and will reduce energy
consumption;
- We ensure the satisfaction of the interests of all stakeholders (customers,
owners, employees, suppliers, communities) including complying of the
obligation with applicable legal and other requirements that the organization
has signed in relation to its environmental aspects;
- With preventive and remedial measure we prevent repetition of mistakes and
the formation of new faults;
- Constantly provide a favorable environment for establishing and reviewing set
goals of quality and environment in which environmental policy is framework for
permanent installation and monitoring of the operational framework and
environmental goals;
- We provide passing, understanding and achievement of quality policy and
environmental in entire company;
- Periodically (at least annully) reviewing the adequacy of the quality policy and
environmental as well as effectiveness of applied measures, within questioning
of the quality system and environmental management by the top management
to the board for the quality and the environment.
Quality policy and environment is defined on the basis of experience from the
previous period and suggestions of carrier of business functions and agreed on
the level of the top management in accordance with vision and strategy of the
company.
All employees are familiar with the quality policy and the environment through
direct supervisors, and the same is placed on the visible places in the company,
website as well as on the advertising materials of the company, including
immediate comunity.
Constantly analyzing and redefining policies and goals of the qualiy and
environmental management provide the conditions for the continuous
improvement of quality and environmental management, and prevention
and reduction of environmental pollution.
