RESUMEN
La sexualidad en la vida de cualquier ser humano, significa ejercicio de derechos y
respeto de los derechos del otro, as como, libertad, responsabilidad y salud. En este
sentido, resulta importante que los adolescentes puedan, vincularse con su cuerpo, sus
sentimientos, percepciones, y deseos, lo que les posibilitar incorporar el
cuidado/prevencin en sus prcticas sexuales. La presente investigacin se encuentra
inserto en la lnea de investigacin doctoral Promocin de la salud y Desarrollo de las
y los Adolescentes, adscrito a la Unidad de Investigacin en salud sexual y
Reproductiva del Adolescente (UNISAR). El abordaje de este trabajo, tiene un
enfoque complejo, dialogico dentro de la matriz epistmica de la complejidad donde
se relacionaron momentos cuantitativos y cualitativos. El propsito de esta
investigacin, es construir teora sobre el riesgo en las prcticas sexuales de los/las
adolescentes, a fin de aportar elementos tericos que puedan servir de base a
constructos tericos para la reduccin de riesgos sexuales. Los participantes son,
estudiantes de la Unidad Educativa Mercedes de Corro ubicada en la Parroquia
Rafael Urdaneta del Municipio Valencia. Estado Carabobo. En el momento
cuantitativo participaron 65 estudiantes y en el momento cualitativo siete estudiantes.
Los resultados muestran que los adolescentes estn expuestos a riesgos y reconocen
la existencia de riesgos aun cuando no lo nombren as. En tal sentido el riesgo en las
prcticas sexuales, es complejo, vinculado al conocimiento, la razn, los
significados, los afectos, la biologa, esta, contextualizado con el entorno del sujeto,
sus interacciones, configurado por las relaciones asimtricas de los gneros, para
quienes la relacin sexual es el riesgo, por la posibilidad de ruptura en la linealidad
de su proyecto de vida

THEORY OF RISK SEX PRACTICES OF ADOLESCENTS: A VIEW FROM
THE COMPLEXITY

SUMMARY
Sexuality in the life of any human being, means the exercise of rights and respect for
the rights of others, as well as freedom, responsibility and health. In this sense, it is
important that teenagers can, connect with your body, feelings, perceptions, and
desires, which will enable them to incorporate the care / prevention in their sexual
practices. This research is embedded in the research doctoral Health Promotion and
Development and Adolescent Unit assigned to the Research in Sexual and
Reproductive Health of Adolescents (UNISAR). The approach to this work, has a
complex approach, dialectical epistemic within the matrix where the complexity
associated quantitative and qualitative moments. The purpose of this research is to
build theory about risk in sexual practices / adolescents, in order to provide
theoretical elements that could form the basis for the construction of theoretical
models for sexual risk reduction. The participants are students of the Educational Unit
"Mercedes de Corro" located in the Parish Rafael Urdaneta Municipality of Valencia.
Carabobo State. At the moment 65 students participated quantitative and qualitative
when seven students. The results show that adolescents are exposed to hazards and
recognize the existence of risk even if not so appointed. In this sense risk sexual
practices is complex, linked to knowledge, reason, meanings, emotions, biology, this,
in context with the subject's environment, their interactions, and is configured for
asymmetrical relations of genres, for whom sex is the risk the possibility of a break in
the linearity of their life plan
