2.3 Cable Layout and Connection Item Acceptance Criteria Severity OK NOK NA Requirements On Cabling 230 The cabling directions meet the project design requirement. 2 231 Cables of different types (Signal Cables, Power Cables and Antenna Feeder Cables) are properly installed / fixed and laid out separately, bound with proper tightness, with clear directions and without crossings or inter-twists. 1 232 Cables between cabinets and cables connecting other equipments are tightly bound to the cable tray. 3 234 Cable trough is installed for cables running on the wall. 2 235 All cables have proper heat shrink tubes with proper color symmetry. 3 236 A bending is made where the cable makes a turn. The bending radius shouldnt be as smaller as the root part of the cable and the connector bear the least stress. 1 Requirements On Cable Binding 237 Cables must be bound closely and orderly. The height difference of cable horizontal plane should be as small as possible. 2 239 Proper ties are used. The surplus part of the tie should be cut off. 3 Cable Connection 240 The exposed part of the cable is covered with tubes or insulating adhesive tapes in the same color as that of cable. 3 241 Cables of different types are connected correctly. 2 242 If screws are used to fix the cable connector, the screws are tight enough. 2 Making Of Power Cables And Grounding Cables. 243 The cabling route complies with the engineering design requirement, and the surplus length is cut off. 2 244 The terminal model of the power cable and ground cable matches with the cable diameter. The core wire is cut off neatly 1 245 The AC power cable is not bound together with other types of cable. The parallel spacing between the AC power cable and other unshielded cables is 300 mm or more. 1 246 The routing of the power cable and ground cable to the powers connecting terminal is straight with orderly binding. 2 247 Batteries are connected correctly and reliably and insulation protection is applied to the wire post. 1 248 The -48V power cable is blue. The working -48VGND cable is black. The PGND cable is yellow-green or yellow. 1 249 Ground cables connected to the copper bus bar are routed as short as possible. 3 Layout Of Optical Fiber And Tail Fiber 250 The tail fiber or fiber connector inside the optical fiber is not dragged tight or inter-twisted. 1 251 The optical fiber takes even and smooth turns with the minimum bending radius no less than 20 times the optical fibers external diameter. 1 252 The optical fiber is not inter-twisted or runs in small circles. 1 253 The optical fiber is not pressed by any loads or other heavy-weight cables. 1 254 Extra-long tail fiber is coiled neatly in the tail fiber box or fixed after being coiled. 2 255 The fiber connector of the unused tail fiber is protected with the protection tube. 1 256 The fiber connection between BBU and RRU corresponds correctly to the sectors. 1 257 Routing and fixing of fiber cable is as per standard 2 2.4 Equipment Appearance and Assembly Item Acceptance Criteria Severity OK NOK NA ZXSDR ATP Document V2.2 All rights reserved, no spreading abroad without permission of ZTE and Telenor 4 / 10
260 The surface of the equipment is clean and is free of serious damages, distortions and scratches. The paint is kept intact. Paint of the same color is applied if necessary. 3 261 All components, parts and fittings stand firmly, including screws, handle, fasteners, fastening screws, fastening bolts, grounding cables and grounding cable bolts. 2 262 No metal crumb, cable remainder or other wastes is found inside and on top of the equipment. 3 263 All connectors are in firm contact. 1 264 Keys of the cabinets are ready and available. 3 265 The BBU frame is available with the anti-static wrist strap. The mounting hole/base of the anti-static wrist strap stands firmly. 3 266 All dummy panels are ready in place. 3 267 The connectors and tabs that are connected to a cable are not loose. The sockets and connectors are intact without curved pins. 1 268 The necessary auxiliary devices are installed in place. 2 2.5 Equipment Identifications Item Acceptance Criteria Severity OK NOK NA 270 All cables and equipment should be labeled according to the defined standard. 3 3 ZXDU68 W301/T601 Hardware Installation Acceptance 3.1 Quality Control during Installation Item Acceptance Criteria Severity OK NOK NA Cabinet Appearance Inspection 300 Whether the outer frames get deformed or damaged or rusty; and whether there are components/bolts/cable connection getting lost and damaged inside cabinet. 2 Cabinet Installation 301 When arranging the positions of cabinets, take into account of cabinet door open and cabinet maintenance space. 2 302 Ensuring the vertical obliquity of the cabinet should be less than 5. 3 Monitoring Unit Installation 303 The monitoring unit can only be installed in monitoring unit slot, and the fastening bolts of the monitoring unit should be screwed tight after the monitoring unit is inserted into the slot. 2 Rectifier Installation 304 Rectifiers can only be installed in rectifier slots 1~4; and the rectifiers are installed in position only when the lock pins get locked. 2 Storage Battery Installation 305 Before the installation, measure whether the terminal voltages of the storage battery are normal or not by using the multimeter. And the connecting sheets of the storage battery must be screwed tight 1 AC Grounding Wires Connection 306 The grounding wires should be connected first. Check AC input side, the Neutral to earth voltage should not exceed 10Vac. 2 DC Wires Connection 307 The battery wires should not be reversely connected, and all wires should be labeled well. BTS load must be collect from LLVD-1 and MW load must be connected with BLVD, and both the cable collection must be properly labeled. 1 Signal Wires Connection 308 The battery temperature sensor cable must be installed. 2 Lightning Arrester Inspection 309 Lightning protection modules should be placed in slots properly. Observe any looseness between LPM and base slot. 2 ZXSDR ATP Document V2.2 All rights reserved, no spreading abroad without permission of ZTE and Telenor 5 / 10
