PARAGRAPH. 3
Work must be carried out according to above (paragraph 2) schedule. Contractor shall, in
consultation with client and other contractors prepare a work plan to offer fixed-plan. Deadlines
are to be respected.
Beyond the timetable deadlines for reasons which according to AB92, attributable to the
contractor, will pay this one liquidated and consequential damages according Work Description
provisions.
PARAGRAPH. 4
As consideration for the lot, fully finished and conditioning regularly delivered, the client pays the
contractor for the total sum of;
: 989.000 DKK including VAT
Writes: four millions one hundred thousand crowns including VAT in the form of guarantee from a
bank in accordance with relevant provisions in the building case description.
PARAGRAPH. 5
Enterprise Disbursements of contracted sum takes place after the building case description
specified provisions.
PARAGRAPH. 6
As security for its obligations to the developer, this contract concerning, provide security
contractor as specified in the building case description of crowns;
: 148.350 including VAT
Writes: one hundred forty eight thousands three hundred fifty crowns including VAT in the form of
guarantee from a bank in accordance with relevant provisions in the building case description.
PARAGRAPH. 7
As security for its obligations to the contractor, this contract concerning, provide client security as
indicated in the description of building at Sterling;
: 98.900 DKK including VAT
Writes: ninety eight thousands nine hundred crowns including VAT in the form of guarantee from a
bank in accordance with relevant provisions in the building case description.
