This represents a 3% decrease in inventory
from April and a 1% decrease from May of
2013. The market has seen good overall
improvement over the past year and as a result
a considerable number of Sellers are returning
to it.

through May in 2013. This is encouraging
news considering the horrible first quarter we
had as a result of the weather.

up by 4% from May of last year. This brought
the average sold price per square foot for the
year in Ocean Pines to $149, representing a
11% increase over the 2013 value of $134
through this point.

due to the strong activity the Ocean Pines
market is experiencing a lot of Sellers are
returning to try and capitalize on it. That is why
we have seen a steady increase in this value.
Now that the Spring inventory rush is on the
market I would anticipate that this value will
start to decrease again in the coming months.

This is a value that will continue to improve as
