PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATION:

1 - 2 years Relevant experience in Training and development.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Primary
Assisting in designing the basic format and templates with Mgr. HR.
Collecting and consolidating training needs across the organization.
Identifying training needs from performance appraisals data.
Assisting in designing the training program.
Maintaining a database for the internal trainers.
Identifying various external trainers/ institutes and maintain a database.
Arrangements for training implementation.
Secondary
Consolidating the training feedback form in order.
Evaluating and analyzing the effectiveness of the training program.
Following up and consolidating of training programs i.e. periodically quarterly or half
yearly.
Preparing and designing daily HR e-news letter.
Consolidating the KPA evaluation forms across the organization.
Preparing and submitting the MIS for TD (training & development) and KPA.
Preparing training expenditure details in consultation with manager HR.
