Gandhi Institute of Technology and Management, also known as

From a very humble beginning in the year 1988 with an avowed commitment to quality management education, GIM was
established. It has evolved itself into a career-focused cradle with co-and extra co-curricular programmes and emerged with
the laurels at the forefront of professional management education and research.
Today GIM is a force to reckon with in the management education field. It has been successfully shaping the careers of
young minds for the past 25 years. GIM is relentless in its efforts to achieve the corporate philosophy of GITAM University

The testimony to its placement track record is that GIMs Alumnus are spread across the globe and are occupying
prominent positions in the corporate world. Diversity of teaching methods, practical and situational delivery of courses,
exposure to real life managerial situations through case studies and use of information and communication technology

Guidelines for Recruiters
At GIM, the key word in the campus recruiting program is flexibility. GIM recruiting team
will individually work with recruiters to customize services to ensure that the recruiters
will be successful in their efforts for both career and internship employment. GIM offers
companies the flexibility of choosing interview schedules. THE PLACEMENT OFFICE
is truly a professionally managed customer service center.
Instructions for the recruiters to select students for Final Placement or Internship:
The recruiter should send the letter of intent through e-mail/fax/courier to the Placement
Officer with the details of the job offers. The date of PPT and interview will be finalized
after mutual consent.
The recruiter should send the list of facilities/items required and arrangements to be
made prior to the visit. The recruiters can use all the infrastructure and hospitality available
on campus during their visit.
The recruiters are required to complete all the formalities within the time allocated and
should inform the Placement Office about the selections.
