“Skip” Netzorg Named Best Lawyers’

2010 Denver Banking Lawyer of the Year

November 23, 2009, DENVER – Sherman & Howard announces Best Lawyers has
named Gordon W. “Skip” Netzorg the “Denver Best Lawyers Banking Lawyer of
the Year” for 2010. This designation follows an extensive review process by Mr.
Netzorg’s peers.
Mr. Netzorg is a member in Sherman & Howard’s trial practice group and has
practiced trial law in Colorado for more than 30 years. He represents clients in
complex, multi-party commercial litigation, with an emphasis on securities, lender
liability and banking law litigation. He also represents clients in partnership, limited
liability company, and corporate disputes; officer and director liability, bond litigation, fraud litigation; natural
resources including oil and gas, mining disputes; and real estate litigation.. Skip is a Fellow of the American
College of Trial Lawyers, a past president of the Colorado Trial Lawyers Association, and was honored by the
members of the Colorado Bar Association with the Best of the Bar Award for securities law.
