Working with one of the prestigious unit of Gerrys Group of Companies. Gerrys Softlogic (Private) Limited a company known in Pakistan as a
leading IT company and DELL Computers Distributor, MICROSOFT, SAP & ORACLE Partners in Pakistan.

managing a team of Finance & Commercial department under complete computerized environment. Act as the main point of contact in resolving

I) FINANCE
As Finance head my major role is financial direction and control through perfect planning of Head Office at Karachi with 2 Operational branches at
Islamabad and Lahore. To develop and implement corporate strategies for growth and success. Build a dynamic, Goal-oriented and professional team
with a proven ability to process high volume of records in a fast paced environment and meeting critical deadlines whilst maintaining effective
internal financial control and accountability.
To prepare and present consolidated Financial Statements in conformity with the IASs and other local laws. Designed a system generated single
management report on financial reporting for accumulated, monthly & Last year figures compared with Actual and Budgeted along with variance
percentages.
Finalization of Annual Internal & External Audit. Compliances with audit queries, Tax / statutory laws.
Budget, Cash flow projection and appraisals, monthly and annual sales forecasting.
All sort of Costing. Project financial evaluation and management.
Debtors & Creditors management reporting with aging and tactfully resolving overdue country wide receivables and collection.

As a trading company Imports, stock & stores are the main concern of Gerrys Softlogic. Most of my activities go around buying and selling, Issue of
Purchase order to Vendors, Monitor receive and issue of goods. Control stocks and inventory. Carefully designed documents & procedures have been
adopted. To give a quick idea of my responsibilities it involves Opening and timely retirement on maturity of L/Cs., Totally responsible for all
coordination of import movement of the organization. This includes coordination with all the relevant bodies like shipping lines, Freight Forwarders,
Transporters, Customs, Clearing Agents, Insurance, Letter of Guarantees, Performance Bonds, Trust Deeds and Tender Earnest Money. Registration
of the company as a supplier in Public and Private Organizations,
