Water tower turned into dream
home
An old water tower in a Belgian town was bought by a businessman and transformed into a
dream home. Outside, the entire building was restored and the interior ... well, the pictures
say it all. The home is unique, with both a crowd of high-tech solutions and an amazing view.
The 30 meter high water tower located in the Belgian city Steenokkerzeel, and was originally built
between 1938 and 1941.
The building has been empty for the last 10 years before Patrick Mets employees Bham Design studios in
2007 to make it past the water tower into a dream home for his family.
See how amazing this room were! Right in the kitchen, family write messages to each other on a giant
circular board.

The property has 360 degree panoramic views of the city. When the building at night is lit it is an
attraction in itself in the small Belgian town Steenokkerzeel.
