To serve our customers even better, we have invested in a major shop refurbishment program incorporating
the very latest technologies, and also reorganized its entire workflow.
Every incoming part is now steered to a specific Center of Excellence, and wherever possible, all repair steps
are carried out by the same production unit. This allows us to improve turn around times even further, and to
ensure the highest quality standards throughout the entire repair process.
At our workshops in Zurich and Cork, we employ over 800 dedicated specialists, servicing parts for more than
50 customers worldwide.
We have major capabilities for CFM56 and PW4000 engines, and have increased our repair coverage by
20% over the last two years while significantly reducing turn around times. For CFM56 engines we perform
up to 90% of all repairs in-house.
