The BI 4.0 platform requires a 64 bit OS
SAP BW reporting performance has been significantly
improved with native BICS drivers for SAP BW.
LifeCycle Manager (with version control) is now a core
component of the platform
Integration Kits for SAP, PeopleSoft, Siebel, JDEdwards
and Oracle are included with the platform installer
Virtualization technologies for both the server and client
sides are now directly supported by SAP
