In the order processing, in traditional most customers orders come via
phone or fax. They are manual and time consuming. Sometimes they make
some mistakes that usually take a lot of time in weekends to correct. Then we
will need to automate these processes. The solution is customer order
processing system.

The management decided to develop a customer order processing system and
the main purpose of this analysis is to develop and apply a customer order
processing system to provide the features of order management.

2. Back order System (customer)
Back order system is a system that which many companies want to create a
specific supply order linked to each customer order and they want these supply
order created as soon as the customer orders have been booked.
The Benefit of Back order System (customer)
keeps track unfulfillable orders which otherwise might have been lost
altogether
Lower inventory cycle time and cost
Link supply to specific demand
Can offer a variety of product to customer

3. The Business Case 4 point
The business case is to describe a problem or a business need while it also
identify reasons to resolve the problem or to meet the business need (as
simply describe the impact of the problem or the benefits expected from
fulfilling the business need). In a business case, it has to consider available
options or it has to consider in doing nothing.
Besides, it is also to justify a decision by the fact that :
i) it will increase revenue increasing the customer outreach
ii) it will decrease cost saving manufacturing cost or improving efficiency
and
iii) absolutely necessary for the business to even survive in the industry.
For instance Airline, Bank companies must have ICT or will close down.

4. Order Operating System & Back order system in Managerial level 10 point
In speaking of order Processing System in managerial level, the operating
system is same is operational level in terms of when customer place an order
to a company and required product standards (the type of products, size, color,
quantity), then the system will send order request to warehouse and
warehouse to arrange the products base on order requirements and dispatch
to customers.

Regarding on Customer Back-Order system in managerial level, the system
enable to analysis of fulfillment time on back orders, meaning when the goods
deliver to customer with shortage and the company replace the shortage and
deliver to customer in the quickest time, system would also reveal problem
orders (reason to cause back-order) with its objective to decrease back orders.
Its advantage is to gain better customer loyalty and therefore increase the
business sales.

Keeps track of unfulfillable orders which otherwise might have been lost

The business advantage of managerial level when implement the system
contains :
- Better bang for the buck in marketing
- Better customers loyalty and therefore increase sales.
