Financial aid, merit-based scholarships and select
bank loans are available to eligible applicants. The APEC
and ASEAN scholarships are available only to students
from the respective member countries. Kindly check your

The ADB Japan Scholarship is open to nationals of Asian
Development Banks developing member countries.
Upon completion of their study programmes, scholars
