Teamwork and leadership
The economic department work as the large team each team are complement to other team this I see it by work from department to other department which each work on one department the other department continue what other department do. Inside each department they have small team they have leader who know how to connect with his team and communicate and sharing idea within team which in each team each member of team have skills that make him special in team and this skill help them to complete the work in the successful way for example in finance department they have head of Procurement she is special in dealing with stores to purchase the tools required for company then she give the bill to the accountant to include to the accountant of the company then the Auditor accurate this is accountant so we can see how the process from hand to hand to complete the process in successful way. In corporation communication the head of this department to sign treaties with the companies and customers from other companies to strengthen cooperation among them on the sometime the other member of the team they organize these treaties through organize of meetings and other member of team coverage of the event and documented which making an integrated action of team. in human resource they have leader how give pressure to his team which her team divide in to job which the half of team organize and develop skills of employee by organize training Ebtesam Ahmed H00085475 H01 RAK Economic Department of Development 2 | P a g e
for employee and the other time record attendance and provide employee to the company by Employment advertising in company website and reception CV for job applicants and organize interviews for them and other job related to employee like vacations, resignations, etc. in consumer production department this is section of big department call consumer production and control administration department which I was train in consumer production only because the other section the most of their work outside the company which they control stores and if they but in consumer production they receive the complaint of customer and try to find solution for them and register the complaint in to the system of the company and some problem need long time to find solution and some problem turning to other destinations such as the transformation of the court (see the appendix) I think the big challenge to work with this team is understand each member in team and understand the goal that team want to achieve. In addition I think the important thing in this team cooperation to achieve successful and creative team. As my studies in college I study many times about leadership and how it is important to achieve successful. Therefore during this training I see many role model of successful leadership that acquired me to become as my reference which I see some example of leader who have many work but on the same time they can supervise and follow-up and guidance group without pixel and not boring which I see example of multi task that one of important skills of leadership. Generally I am really enjoyed working with these team who are always working hard to achieve the big goal to achieve successful for their company.

One of the RAK economic department value is "Social Responsibility: We commit to perform our responsibilities toward the community and environment, taking into account the balance between the interests of the community, our customers and human resources." The company have many event than contribute on environment and society and this event happen during "The month of quality" which this October (see Appendix 2, 3, 4, 5, 1) and some of this event is 1 . Afforest green schools campaign 2 . Day meet for the elderly 3 . Open day for dealers 4 . Project your laptop for each student 5 . Safety at work 6 . Green week 7 . Inspect and donate for your safety 8 . School security and Safety Quiz The company have team call Safety and security group " which the in first week I work they was health week which this group organize walking day and they bring A medical team to examine the eyes and in other day they bring medical team Diabetes blood test and weight and blood pressure to the staff of the Department and other Government company and give some advice to them and they Organized workshops for staff on how to sit at a computer and what simple exercises they can do at work ) see the appendix)
Work related practices and procedures
The environment in the workplace where I work is totally different than the college environment which the hours of work, the communication between the worker and the people who deals with. hour to start and different hour to finish. In the college I am as the customer of the HCT which I am the student who receive service from the teacher who are as employee. In the college we have simple example of procedures about the work place for example when they take the attendance but in the work place they have more procedures which the employee have big responsibility and they have more caring to attend the work on time because they have fingerprint system. In the work any wrong you did in your process of work you will be in big problem and the employer will always control about of you so you should be careful when you do your work but in the college you have less responsibility because your work you do is for yourself. But the something in work place and college you always give you feedback about your work in college you take feedback from you teacher and in the work place you take feedback for your supervise. In work place my work plan is to work in different department in each week and when I go to these department the first think I do is ask them to give me general idea about their work then I sit with different employee to describe their work and I ask them how they get this job and what kind of problem they face which this help me to have experience from their experience and learn for them. Some department have many work and they give me the step to do the work and tell me how to start specially when I was in corporation and communication department which I have many work I should do some phone call and read the newspaper and find the topic that related to the company and send SMS to the customer in this time I should manage my time so I ask them what the important thing should I finish first then I start. But in some department I dont have many work like in consumer production department which in this period of time they didnt have many customer so I asked the employee if they want any help and I read the last months releases and some assuredly( see appendix 6 ) problems to read the process they follow it to find the solution
