AS-7 Compliance certificate from the auditors of the company.
Loan Account statements of OD (Company) and Gold Loan (Mr. Dig Vijay Pradhan) to ensure
Regular Conduct.
ROC search report.
Interim Search report, NEC, Fresh Valuation.
Spill over Value available against Bank Guarantee.















We refer to your IOM No.: SML/JH/13-14, dated 24.03.2014
Please find our observations/requirements below:
1. CBD 23s submitted to us earlier are not verified and hence we return then for resubmission
after verification.
2. We have carried out Balance Sheet analysis of Birendra Pradhan Consruction Company Pvt.
Ltd and Sri Krishna Pradhan Construction Company Pvt. Ltd. Our Observations are as below:
a. Birendra Pradhan Construction Co. Pvt. Ltd.:
i. The Company has posted Losses for consecutive years and Sales have not
been registered in FY 2011-12.
ii. DER is 44.35
iii. Current Ratio is 0.24
iv. CC is drawn and Stocks and receivables do not appear.
v. The Conduct is not proper as per your IOM
b. Sri Krishna Pradhan Construction Company Pvt. Ltd.:
i. DER is 30.7
ii. The Company has posted losses for consecutive years.
The Balance Sheet Spread for ABS as on 31.03.2012 wrt both the accounts is attached.
3. We have received one letter of acceptance from Drinking Water and Sanitation Department.
Work Order Agreements have not been received. Moreover this letter of acceptance is
offered to M/s Daroga Pradhan An in JV with S.K. Pradhan Construction Co. Pvt. Ltd. With
respect to the above, Please furnish:
a. The JV agreement between the two partners.
b. Please also advise if the other partner has availed any banking facilities for this
purpose.
4. The Project report has mentioned that BG is required for the purpose of mobilization
advance. Please furnish supporting documents for the same.
5. Please also furnish other work orders which the firm is executing, so as to justify the sales
estimated and the Cash Credit Limit requested for.
6. In the Status report obtained from Punjab National Bank, Overdraft and Bank Guarantee
Limits are mentioned. Please obtain the Multiple Banking Declaration from the borrower as
per extant guidelines.
7. Please provide the details of all existing BGs with other banks, as per format attached.
8. The Net worth of the Company as per ABS as on 31.03.2013 is Rs. 8.85 Lacs. As per extant
guidelines, total exposure to the Company cannot be greater than 9 times the Net owned
funds of the borrower.
9. Due Diligence report as per extant format.
