2. That the other ,arty shall and +ay at all ti+es hereafter ,eacefully and 0uietly enter u,on
ha-e occu,y* ,ossess and en3oy the scheduled ,ro,erty con-eyed to hi+ and recei-e the
,rofits thereof and for his o/n use and .enefit /ithout any suit* e-iction* interru,tion* clai+
