PERCEPT ENGINEERS PVT LTD, warranty to each customer of the building

waterproofed by them during the period set forth in the said certificate at its
own expense, make any repairs resulting solely from ordinary wear and tear
by elements that may be necessary to maintain the said roof in water tight
condition. The terms “ ordinary wear and tear by the elements as used herein
shall not include damage caused by lightning, earthquake, wind storm,
hailstorm and other phenomena of the elements”

The certificate is issued subject to the following further conditions

A. The owner of the said roof shall notify PERCEPT ENGINEERS PVT LTD
promptly in writing if such repairs are required, by reg. Post
B. Nothing in the certificate shall render PERCEPT ENGINEERS PVT LTD liable
in any respect of any damage to the said building or any contents thereof
or for any consequential damages.

C. PERCEPT ENGINEERS PVT LTD will not be liable for any damage to the said
roof caused by :

1. Traffic or storage of materials thereon.

2. Settlement, expansion, contraction, distortion, cracking or failure of
the roof deck, walls, structural, members of foundation of said building.
3. Distortion, expansion or contraction of any unbounded flashings or any
metal work.
4. Failure of any materials used as a roof base or as insulation over which
said roof is applied.
5. Failure of materials supplied by others.
6. Infiltration or condensation or moisture in, through, or around the
walls, copings, buildings, structure or underlying or surrounding
materials.
A. Any addition, alteration or repairs, to the treated area without intimating
us and without our supervision will automatically cease the warranty as it
may damage the treatment.
B. Where tile, cement and / or other traffic surface are build over the said
roof, PERCEPT ENGINEERS PVT LTD will not be responsible, under this
warranty for the expense of removing or replacing such traffic surfaces or
for repairing any damage to the roof occasioned.
C. The warranty stands void until all payments relating to the job are settled
in full.
