As per different sections of Indian Panel Codes: 427: Mischief causing damage
to the amount of fifty rupees.Whoever commits mischief and thereby causes
loss or damage to the amount of fifty rupees or upwards, shall be punished with
imprisonment of either description for a term which may extend to two years, or
with fine, or with both. Section 211: False charge of offence made with intent to
injure.Whoever, with intent to cause injury to any person, institutes or causes
to be instituted any criminal proceeding against that person, or falsely charges
any person with having committed an offence, knowing that there is no just or
lawful ground for such proceeding or charge against that person, shall be
punished with imprisonment of either description for a term which may extend
to two years, or with fine, or with both; and if such criminal proceeding be
instituted on a false charge of an offence punishable with death, 1imprisonment
for life, or imprisonment for seven years or upwards, shall be punishable with
imprisonment of either description for a term which may extend to seven years,
and shall also be liable to fine. Section 182: False information, with intent to
cause public servant to use his lawful power to the injury of another person.
Whoever gives to any public servant any information which he knows or
believes to be false, intending thereby to cause, or knowing it to be likely that he
will thereby cause. Section 420: Cheating and dishonestly. Section 120B:
Punishment of criminal conspiracy. (1) Whoever is a party to a criminal
conspiracy to commit an offence punishable with death, 2imprisonment for life
or rigorous imprisonment for a term of two years or upwards, shall, where no
express provision is made in this Code for the punishment of such a conspiracy,
be punished in the same manner as if he had abetted such offence. (2) Whoever
is a party to a criminal conspiracy other than a criminal conspiracy to commit an
offence punishable as aforesaid shall be punished with imprisonment of either
description for a term not exceeding six months, or with fine or with both.
Please find attached here with totally baseless, false and vogue complaint
lodged by an Advocate Raj Krishan Sharma, working as Section Officer (Legal
and Recovery) in Haryana Khadi and VI Board, Panchkula against Naresh
Kadian, where as there was no transaction of money and demand along with any
commitment or breach of agreement made out by Naresh Kadian with R.K.
Sharma as alleged and I strongly denied all baseless and false allegations
leveled by R.K. Sharma. In fact R. K. Sharma is involved in pooja path and
tantrik profession along with his official duties as assigned by Khadi Board, he
is managing website aradhana mission from his house at Panchkula and Kaithal,
for profit and personnel gain, he is handling his clients during office hours as
well, even Tuesday at Panchkula 3 to 9 pm and Saturday Sunday at Kaithal with
out any station leave and permission, in routing after office hours, he is sitting at
his residence, to earn extra money, he is responsible for misguiding public
towards andhvishwas as well. Naresh Kadian well wishers are campaigning
online petitions for justice for him and he has lodged complaint with the Police
Station Sector-5, Panchkula against R.K. Sharma and others for FIR on the
above said sections violations read with other relevant sections of IPC because
Naresh Kadian and R. K. Sharma never have good relations after 15-12-2009
when R.K. Sharma played mischievous illegal role, while dealing Efficiency
Bar crossing matter, create heavy hardship and financial loss to Naresh Kadian,
many annual increments 1-4-2000 to 1-7-2009 and 1-7-2013 were with held
along 2nd and 3rd ACP, which is sufficient evidence against R. K. Sharma,
where as he managed another false and baseless complaint through Ajrawar
based Anurag etc, defamation complaint No. 297-P/City, KKR Police, High
Court / RTI / HHRC / DoPT petitions as proof.

Kind attention: In charge, Economic Offense Wing of Panchkula Police:
Statement of Naresh Kadian against vogue, baseless and false, defamatory
complaint and allegations leveled by Raj Krishan Sharma, who needs his lie
detector, brain mapping and Narco test for fair investigations and Naresh
Kadian demands FIR against R.K. Sharma for violation of the 120-B, 420, 427,
211, 182 IPC with violation of Service Conduct Rules of Haryana. Please find
attached here with totally baseless, vogue, biased, defamatory and illegal
complaint, allegations leveled by Raj Krishan Sharma, Section Officer, Haryana
Khadi and VI Board doing another tanter manter, jyotish profession for
personnel gain and profit at 690, sector-11, Panchkula, Kaithal as well and his
mobile 9216111690 call details required for the locations of this mobile and the
persons being in touch with the mobile. Hence I strongly opposed all allegations
and under oath I am offering myself for any scientific investigations and
strongly refusing any financial transaction, acceptance and demand of any
money for any commitment or deal with R.K. Sharma, neither I have any
contacts for illegal and anti social activities, past track criminal record nor
willing to do any anti social and illegal activities against law established in
India, Naresh Kadian is a victims of R.K. Sharma illegal, biased, baseless and
irrelevant comments dated 15-12-2009 recorded while dealing his Efficiency bar
crossing matter and this criminal act was committed with melafide intention by
R.K. Sharma, Section Officer (Legal and Recovery), Haryana Khadi and VI
Board, where as Naresh Kadian made out regular complaints against Raj
Krishan Sharma with the High Court, DoPT, State Vigilance Bureau,
Lokayukta, Govt. of Haryana, Police, Central Vigilance Commission, Haryana
Human Rights Commission etc but R.K. Sharma is still holding the illegal
position of Secretary, Khadi Board against section 4 and 6 of the Act and
dealing all establishment matter related to Naresh Kadian, being an In charge of
establishment branch, willingly R.K. Sharma never proposed substance
allowances as per rules during the suspension period of Naresh Kadian, hence
all allegations leveled by Raj Krishan Sharma against Naresh Kadian deserved
to be vogue, baseless and false, where as FIR may kindly be lodged against R.K.
Sharma for misuse of power and Authority, giving heavy financial loss, major
hardship, mental torture and harassment to Naresh Kadian, criminal conspiracy
and defamatory action against Naresh Kadian.
