Abstract Objective

To explore the clinical feature of HIV / AIDS complicated with genital herpes Methods

Fifty-

three HIV / AIDS cases complicated with genital herpes in-patients and out-patients between 2010 and 2012
were retrospectively analyzed esults

Of the 53 patients
24 were male and 29 were femalethe average age

was 37 8 10 4 years old Genital herpesas the first symptom of HIV / AIDS at onset was observed in 11
cases Thirteen cases developed genital herpes within 1 month after the diagnosis of HIV / AIDS Anabrosis
and ulcer was the main lesionwhich was mainly distributed in penisbalanusgreater lip of pedendumlabium minus and crissumwhile less in croupscrotum and low back The average CD4 + lymphocyte counts was
169 7cells / L CD4 + counts were less than 200cells / L in 67 92% patients The average skin lesion healing time was 15 6 6 9 days Conclusion

The clinical manifestations of genital herpes in HIV / AIDS

are always seriouswhich mainly presented as a large area of anabrosis and ulcer Antiviral nucleosides and
foscarnet sodium treatment is effective but with a long healing time The incidence of genital herpes and the
healing time of skin lesion are closely related to CD4 + counts
