We will take up your manner of cooercion, unethical business practices
and undue profeteering very strictly with all concerned authorities in
inda and singapore. and inform the relevant authorities on both sides
to check this menace of unethical business practises in the name of
trade. Media will run a special report warning how unsupecting
exporters are trapped and victimised with the lure of trade.

GSPL has misled us on several counts on the market conditions in
malaysia, getting us to offer cargo which is below market price and
being a middle man based out of singapore marked up the cargo and sold
it to the actual user for a unethically high margin. while you can
hide under the cover of trade and business acumen, the actual
realization and the margins can be tracked easily in this era of
international fund transfers and can clearly point to the windfall
gains made on our account.

We have reliable information on the margins made by you on our cargo,
we will also pull up statistics based information - industry wide as a
yardstick to measure your undue profiteering that transpired in the
period under question
Please do not underestimate our ability to stand up and fight for our
rights to be covered, we have been very fair in our dealings and will
not take such slander lying low. we will also see to it that we leave
no stone unturned in recovering the undue profit made by you as a
middleman on the 1500 MTS supplied by us

We are filing a suit for mislead us and unduly profiting 1500 MTS * US
20 = US 30,000 from us and we will pursue for claim with intrest and
legal charges recovery along with the loss of business reputation and
time and stress you have put us through.
We are looking forward to you come forthright and amicably partake the
undue profits made on our cargo based on industry standards. before
18th of June 4 PM IST , failing which we will place the matter before
our legal council for Action and Justice.
