MORTGAGE OF BLISS UNIT

KNOW ALL MEN BY PRESENTS:

This Agreement executed by and between FILIPINA AVELINA TANADA, of legal
age, married, and a resident of No. 1223 Cluster 12, Flexihomes, Rosario, Pasig City, hereinafter
known as the MORTGAGOR, and

RENEE D. JOSE, also of legal age, married, Filipino and a resident of No. 50-A Villa
Lamok St., Sagad, Pasig City, hereinafter known as the MORTGAGEE.

WITNESSETH

That the MORTGAGOR is indebted on the MORTAGEE in the sum of TWO
HUNDRED THOUSAND PESOS (Php 200,000.00), Philippine Currency, receipt whereof is
hereby acknowledged and confessed, payable within a period of ONE (1) year, with interest at
the rate of four percent (4%) per month;

That for and in consideration of said indebtedness, the MORTGAGOR does hereby
convey and deliver as soon as the release of papers from the Home Insurance Guaranty
Corporation (HIGC) by way of MORTGAGE unto the said MORTGAGEE and the latters heirs
and assigns, the following realty together with all improvements thereon and situated at Bliss
Flexihomes, Rosario, Pasig City, particularly described as follows:

Declaration of Real Property No. 018-15509

North: Lot 24 South: SW Lot 22
East : Lot 25 (R.O.W) West: Rd. Lot 1

Kind Residential Area 69 sq.m.

PROVIDED, HOWEVER, that should the MORTGAGOR duly pay or cause to be paid
unto MORTGAGEE, or her heirs and assigns, the said indebtedness of TWO HUNDRED
THOUSAND PESOS (Php 200,000.00), together with the agreed interest thereon, within the
agreed term (one year), then this MORTGAGE shall be discharged, and rendered of no force and
effect, but after the period agreed upon, such MORTGAGE shall subsist and shall be subject to
renewal for another year with the agreed interest.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, both the MORTGAGOR and the MORTGAGEE have
hereunto set their hands this ___day of April 2013 in Pasig City
