Information
Version 5.04 (CSA-SR-20C460504) was released for production with units having serial number beginning with XX09Qnnnnn. This version includes the following changes.
- Black Box Data improvement: cooler flow switch is not saved in off mode to avoid overloaded memory due to automatic reset. - Support added for heat reclaim option on 60hz units.
Version 5.02 (CSA-SR-20C460502) was released for production with units having serial number beginning with 0709Qnnnnn. This version includes the following changes.
- Corrected issue with nuisance P.16 thru P.27 alarms Compressor Not Started or Pressure Not Established. Reduced threshold for compressor startup detection from 10 PSI to 3 PSI at start if EWT < 50F. - Corrected issue of high pressure alarms on 060 and 070 size units with MCHX condenser coils and low ambient head pressure control option. - Established a delay of 50sec for Hot Gas Bypass at startup to satisfy delta pressure - Corrected the EMM occupancy override switch input. It was originally mapped to the wrong location.
- The following chart shows a list of all the new parameters and where they are found in the Local Display tables.

Version 5.01 (CSA-SR-20C460501) changes : (SSN 3308Q) - Added dual speed fan parameter in FACTORY configuration This configuration is not supported. - Corrected issue with P.14 flow switch alarm not being displayed when alarm occurred. - Added minimum cooling setpoint parameter in Service configuration for brine applications. - Improvement for MCHX application to avoid high pressure trip. - Superheat setpoint default has been raised from 7.2F to 9.0F.
Version 4.01 (CSA-SR-20C460401) changes : (SSN 4407Q) - Added several configuration items to the Local Display tables. - VLT FAN DRIVE SELECT (Not Supported) Configuration>UNIT>VLT.S = 0 - VLT FAN DRIVE RPM (Not Supported) Configuration>UNIT>RPM.F = 0 - MCHX Select (Must be configured to Yes if unit has MCHX coils) Configuration>UNIT>MCHX = YES - ATTACH DRIVE TO FAN x (x = Ckt. A,B,C) Configuration>SERV>AVFx = NO - Added SP transducer failure condition to welded contactor logic.
Version 4.00 (CSA-SR-20C460400) changes: (Service Release Only) - Improve fan control especially to ensure correct SST at OAT below 57F - Correct a bug on fan controls introduced in version 3.01 which could cause fan cycling at low OAT - Added configuration parameters for MCHX exchanger, desuperheater option and Danfoss VFD configuration Desuperheater and Danfoss VFD is not offered at this time - Added ability to force pump operation from Scrolling Marquee - Brine freeze setpoint default value is 34F instead of 14F

Version 3.01 (CSA-SR-20C460301) changes: (SSN 1707Q) - Added welded contactor detection and management Welded contactor alarm is generated (Ct.01,Ct.02,Ct.03) EXV and Fan control shall go back to normal operation Unit shall shut down and remain at 0% capacity Cooler pump shall be controlled to ON - The welded contactor management is cancelled if one of the following conditions occur Cooler flow switch failure High pressure trip Cooler freeze protection alarm - Modified Black Box data management PCDCT ver. 1.5.3 or higher required - Improve compressor operating envelope protection - Improve Dual Chiller control If compressor is disabled algorithm will correctly declare it unavailable and allow lag chiller to start
Version 2.01 (CSA-SR-20C460201) changes: (SSN 4406Q) - If the motor temperature sensor is open circuited, alarm NX.04 (Compressor Motor Sensor PTC Out of Range) will always be declared. Previously sometimes NX.01 (Compressor Motor Temp Too High) would be declared. - Nuisance suction pressure transducer faults Pr.04, Pr. 05, Pr.06 with the minimum Load Valve Option have been addressed by delaying activation of the HGBP valve for 1 min. until the drop in suction pressure has been tested for. - If saturated suction temperature is low, a compressor will not be Permitted to run in the Service Test Mode. - In order to capture Black Box data in the case of welded compressor contacts, the low SST alarms P.05, P.06, P.07 will now be declared even if a compressor is not running (per the control).
Version 2.00 (CSA-SR-20C460200) changes: (SSN 2906Q) - Reduced occasional loss of configuration (rare) - Fixes loss of communication with SPM issue (rare) - Black box data management improved

Version 1.09 (CSA-SR-20C460109) changes: (SSN 3705Q) - Reduced flow verification time from 1 minute to 45 seconds. - Improved Dual pump management, pump rotation is performed first if there is no flow when the first pump is tried. - Logic for turning off the manual test mode (for testing compressors and minimum load valves) has been fixed. - Low saturated suction temperature unloading alert, now treated as an alarm (P.40, P.41, P.42) - Low superheat alarm (P.11, P.12, P.13) is now declared if (suction superheat is more than 3.6 below the superheat set point or saturated suction temperature exceed the MOP set point) and the EXV position is less than 5% open for more than 5 minutes. - If a suction pressure transducer failure is detected during a QUIC TEST, no other Test operations are permitted in that circuit.
Version 1.07 (CSA-SR-20C460107) changes: (SSN 2405Q) - Changed EMSTOP variable display format to (enable/disable) from old format (enable/emstop)
