GERUND AFTER VERBS

Gerund may replace nouns or pronouns as subjects, objects or complements. (Not is used before
gerund to form negative).
Gerund is used after some verbs indicating like and dislike such as like, love,help, prfer, enjoy ,
dislike , hate, ect. to express a habit.
Ex!" love playing the piano

Gerund is used after some other verbs such as mind , avoid , deny , stop , finish , continue , go on ,
etc.

' Gerund used after some verbs give passive meaning.
