Description : Automated Review Tool [ART] is the project to make the

CIBER review process as automated from manual process. CIBER (India) Review
process is a defined, structured and adapted process for finding defects in any
work product over the entire product life cycle. Reviews are conducted by an
individual to a team of four to nine people assigned to specific roles with specific
tasks to be performed during the specific phases of review. The observations are
recorded and tracked to closure.

mobile stores for accessories and handsets, POS is used to take the decision on
commission for dealers and also produce the report based on their sales. POS
application communicates with other application to make the payment and also
process credit/debit cards.

Description : The PQSS department within the TCS (Toyota Customer Services)
organization wanted to improve efficiency of all business operations, but the
current Parts Recovery system (T-STAR) is not capable for current business state,
demands from PQSS’ customers for quick part recovery, warranty quality of the

parts as specificity of part conditions, are increasing dramatically. However, in its

current state, T-STAR does not support Toyota’s business needs and future growth
for timely and efficient recovery of warranty parts. So PQSS wanted to have new
Parts Recovery system (PRS) to improve efficiency in all business operations,
which would help them, So the main goal of PRS is "To increase efficiency, speed
and accuracy of warranty parts recoveries" because to detect and resolve product
quality issues ASAP, it contains following modules Parts Requests, Parts Return,
Dealer Initiated ReMan Return, Supplier Inspection, Administration, Inventory,
Parts Receipt.

the ability to create or modify Coverage Sets and the Coverage’s that they wish to
associate with Coverage Sets they create. The application shall operate within the
Burns & Wilcox application environment for testing and production.
