DAMAGE AND DESTRUCTION: Lessee indemnifies Owner/Agent against any damage or destru$tion resuting from ea'ing windows open during rain or storms, unne$essary fows of water from pipes, fau$ets or other sour$es, or faiure to turn off gas or ee$tri$a appian$es or ights when not in use. -n addition and without imitation, Lessee sha pay for any e5penses, damage or repair o$$asioned by the stopping or o'erfow of waste pipes, bathtubs, toiets, wash basins, disposas, washing ma$hines, dishwashers, sin+s or water:fied furniture, pro'ided su$h stopping or o'erfow was $aused by an a$t or omission of Lessee and/or any person or premise through or under essee.
