David is a Chartered Quantity Surveyor with over 20 years experience in the management and construction of major infrastructure projects in the UK, particularly in rail. David Philp BIM Programme Director, Balfour Beatty Balfour Beatty is a world-class infrastructure services business that operates across the infrastructure lifecycle. David works within the construction services part of the business at the pre-construction stage.
