Further to your personal interview, we have great pleasure in welcoming you to the Integrated
Wireless Solutions family and appointing you as – R. F. Engg.

We believe that this position will offer you a challenging opportunity and will be professionally
and personally rewarding to you.

While reporting for duty, you are requested to bring the documents, listed at Annexure A,
along with you.

The terms and conditions, which form the basis of our mutual relationship, which we are
confident, will be mutually beneficial and long lasting, are detailed at the attached Annexure B.
The appointment is on an all-inclusive compensation package of INR One Lakh Twenty
Thousand Only per annum (Cost To Company). You would also be entitled for a per-diem
Rs.500/-per day subject to a maximum of 15,000/- per month, whenever you are deputed on
project outside your Delhi-NCR.

This offer has been made to you, based on the information furnished by you. However, if there is
any discrepancy found in the copies of the documents / certificates given by you as a proof in
support of the above, the Company reserves the right to terminate your services forthwith.

15 Feb, 08. Your base location for all official purposes would be Delhi.& N.C.R. On the date
of joining, please report at your project location, for further instructions.

1. Appointment:

Your appointment takes effect from the day you report for duty at our office.

2. Probation:

You will be on probation for a period of Six months from the date of your joining the company.
In the event of your resignation during the probation period, you will be required to give 30 days
notice / (fulfill the Bond conditions if any) to ensure smooth transition/hand over of duties
without loss to the company.

3. Working Hours
Office will be open 365 days of the year – officially we work six days a week from
9.30 A.M. to 6.30 P.M ( with half hour lunch break). The working hours may be different for
some of the staff depending on the areas of work and business needs.

4. Intellectual Property Rights:

All intellectual Property Rights, including but not limited to Patents, Copyrights, Designs, Trade
marks developed by you during office time or using the company infrastructure, or while
performing or discharging official duties, shall be the sole and exclusive property of the company
and the same shall be deemed to be “work made for hire”. You shall execute / sign such
documents for the purpose of assigning such intellectual property, as and when required by the
Company.

The company reserves the right to proceed legally against you and recover damages, where any
such intellectual property is sought to be protected by you independently of the company.

5. ID Cards:

All staff should wear the ID Cards compulsorily.

6. Holidays:

The Company observes 10 National Holidays every year. While National Holidays being
Republic Day, May Day, Independence Day and Gandhi Jayanthi, the remaining are festival
holidays, which could differ from year to year and location to location.
7. Leave Rules:

You are eligible for the following Leave:


• 6 days of Casual Leave per year
• 6 days of Sick Leave per year, subject to accumulation of 24 days, after which it lapses.
• 14 days of Earned leave after the probation period, and is subjected to accumulation of 40
days, after which it lapses.
• The calendar year for the above Leave Rules will be January to December.
• No leave mentioned above is encashable.
• Attendance carries weightage in Annual Perform Review.

Prior sanction should be obtained for availing any kind of leave. If any employee is sick for more
than 3 days, proper medical certificate should be produced along with the leave application and
prior information should be given to the authorities.

Unauthorized absence or absence without permission from duty for a continuous period
of 7 days, would make you loose your lien on employment. In such case, your
employment shall automatically come to an end without any notice of termination.

8. Salary Payment:

Salary payment will be through a Bank Account only. You will be helped to open an account
after which please give the account details to the Finance department.

9. Termination of Employment:

Either party can terminate this employment by serving a notice of 45 days on the other. Any
breach of the Company’s code of conduct or non-performance of contractual obligations may end
up in termination of your service without any notice notwithstanding any other terms and
conditions stipulated herein.

10. Other Service Conditions:

a) During the period of your employment, you will work honestly, faithfully, diligently and
efficiently for the growth of the company.

b) All matters related to the company shall be kept in utmost secrecy and shall be
confidential.
c) Your position with the Company calls for whole time employment and you will devote
yourself exclusively to the business of the company. You will not take up any other work
for remuneration (part time or otherwise) or work on advisory capacity or be interested
directly or indirectly (except as shareholder or debenture holder) in any other trade or
business, during your employment with the Company, without written permission from
the Company.

d) The Company reserves the right to transfer, change your home location if required.

e) You are required to strictly maintain the secrecy of salary and ensure that you do not
divulge or communicate any information regarding your remuneration/terms of
employment, to any other employee of the company except to your immediate
superior/head of the unit.

f) You will be governed by the Company’s Code of Conduct and HR related rules, which
may be updated from time to time based on the overall business and statutory needs.

mentioned at Annexure B and I hereby accept and agree to abide by them.

Annexure - A

List of documents to be brought in original along with a copy of each.

a. Certificates, marks sheets supporting your educational qualifications, experience


etc.

b. School Leaving Certificate (SSLC/ICSE) in support of your age.

c. Two passport size and two stamp size color photographs

d. Your Passport (if issued)

e. Relieving letter from the previous organization.

f. Form 16 or Taxable Income Statement duly certified by previous employer

g. Statement showing deductions and Taxable Income with break-up (if applicable)

h. Latest Salary Slip or Certificate.
