Universal complete transformer Substation 35(20)/0.4 kV (KTPU)
The universal complete transformer substation KTPU 35(20)/0.4 kV is designed for the reception,
conversion, and distribution of three-phase alternating-current electric power with a commercial
frequency of 50 Hz.
It is used to supply power to small projects. The following equipment is used in the universal complete
transformer substation for 35(20)/0.4 kV voltage:
1. Power transformer of TMG (TM) type with a power of 100, 160, 250, or 400 kVA.
2. Overvoltage limiters OPN-P-35/40.5 UKhL1.
3. Insulators S4-195-11UKhL1, OSK-6-35 BUKh/11.
4. Disconnector RGP-35/1000 UKhL1.
The design features and advantages of KTPU 35/0.4 kV are as follows:
1. Electromechanical and electric blockings are provided for in the substations.
2. The bus arrangement of the substation main circuits are grounded and painted; the phasing is
colored.
3. The contacting points are tinned.
4. Double anticorrosive coating (enamel).
5. All required protection means are installed in the complete transformer substation: from
atmospheric (lightning) overvoltage and switching overvoltage; from line-to-line faults; from
overcharging and line-to-line faults on 0.4 kV lines.
6. High operational compatibility allows quick installation of the substations on a new place.
7. Easy maintenance and serviceability.

KTPU 35(20)/0.4 kV is composed of the following components:
1. High-voltage unit;
2. Power transformer;
3. Low-voltage switchgear cabinet;
4. The power transformer is connected to a 35-kV overhead line through a three-pole disconnector
with one or two grounding blades.
Made in accordance with the Technical Specifications TSh 64-00212883-021:2009.
The product has been certified by the National Certification System of the Republic of Uzbekistan and
Certification System of the Russian Federation (GOST-R).
