Court of the State of New York, Suffolk
County, dated the 31st day of January,
2014 and duly entered in the office of the
Clerk of the County of Suffolk, State of
New York on June 5, 2014.
NOTICE OF NATURE OF ACTION
AND RELIEF SOUGHT
This is an action to foreclose a first
mortgage lien on the premises described
herein.
The object of this action is to foreclose
a mortgage lien and security interest upon
and against the premises in Suffolk County, New York located at, and commonly

known as 72 South Road, West Hampton

Beach, Suffolk County and State of New
York (SECTION 8.00, BLOCK 1.00, LOT
27.00) and the fixtures, improvements,
appurtenances and personalty thereon
and thereto (the Mortgaged Premises),
more particularly described in that certain
mortgage dated August 6, 2004 executed
by Thomas T. McVann, Jr. and Kathleen
Higgins McVann to Washington Mutual
Bank to secure the payment of the sum
of $1,300,500.00 and interest, recorded in
the Office of the County Clerk of Suffolk
County on September 17, 2004 in Liber
20857, Page 22, which mortgage was assigned to Deutsche Bank National Trust,
as Trustee by assignment of mortgage
dated April 12, 2013 which was sent for recording in the Office of the County Clerk
of Suffolk County. The relief sought in this
action is a Final Judgment of Foreclosure
and Sale, directing the sale of the Mortgaged Premises to satisfy the debt secured
by the Mortgage described above.
