Scheduled action plan for the improvement of the learning quality of the students

1. Students will be asked to write about their concerns and questions about their course
2. Helping students to understand the value of course
3. Lecture notes will be provided to the students with major titles or headings or an outline where the students
will fill the details
4. Encouraging them to do innovations in their subjects , getting feedbacks and making corrections
5. Identifying the outcomes and monitoring the task to bring expected results

To develop the interest of the students towards learning process, encouraging them to participate in other
colleges events like symposiums/conferences/workshops.
1.Teachers can incorporate lectures, debates, group projects, visuals and audios into their classroom.
2. Motivating the students to participate in other college events which helps to keep them interested because
it puts them in a position to relate to the events that are happening in different places and gather knowledge
about their studies
By involving the students in extra-curricular activities, which may tempt them to improve their learning
process
1. Students will be participated in extra-curricular activities, not for entertainment and enjoyment
purposes but most important to gain and improve their skills
2. Students will be motivated to take part in these activities to help them acquire the knowledge of
critical thinking, time management , academic and intellectual competence
3. Involvement in extracurricular activities will tempt them to link academic knowledge with practical
experience, thereby leading to a better understanding of their subject
Activity based competitions may also be planned
1. Students will be stimulated to gain a better and deeper understanding of scientific and
mathematical principles through activity based competitions which also provide an additional
support to teaching and learning process
2. Students will be guided to engage in problem solving activities to enhance communication and
analytical skills
3. Helping the students to involve in working model activities to use their long-term memory and,
enhance their subject knowledge and, learn effectively through such activities

Scheduled plan for tough subjects
1. Making the material simplified which are relevant to the students
2. Debates and discussion will be conducted on difficult topics
3. Asking the students to study the matters by drawing it as a pictures by the side of the text
