I. The Admission form should be completed by the applicant in the applicants own hand-writing
II. An applicant cannot choose a program of study for which one applicant is not eligible.
III. Candidates who apply for admission on the basis of forged/fake documents (checked at any stage) shall be
prosecuted under criminal law, besides cancellation of admission.
IV. Candidates will be required to clear the admission test and panel interview before being considered for
admission.
V. Candidates selected in the merit list will be required to deposit the admission and tuition fee on specified
date.
Original documents would be required after confirmation of admission.

1. BS/BE/M.Sc./M.A./M.Com. Passed Marks Certificates (02 attested photocopies) for MS
Program.
2. H.S.C. Part- I & II Passed Marks Certificates (02 attested photocopies).
3. S.S.C. Part- I & II Passed Marks Certificates (02 attested photocopies).
4. All the A-Level & O-Level results submitted for equivalence calculation should be
determined by the Inter Board Committee of Chairman, Islamabad (IBCC original).
5. Character Certificate from the Principal of the Institute last attended.
6. Domicile Certificate of the candidate (or of father/ mother if the applicant is under 18
years of age and his/her name is included in it) and P.R.C. (originals to be shown at the
time of payment of fees).
7. Computerized National Identity Card or NADRA B form (Photo copy).
8. Six recent photographs (Passport Size).
