Newport City Centre Redevelopment, Kingsway, Newport
(Friars Walk).
The above application (11/1317) was accompanied by
an Environmental Statement. The conditions now under
consideration form subsequent consents under the
EIA Regulations. However, it is not considered that the
issues relating to the discharge of condition applications
raise new environmental considerations and therefore a
new or updated Environmental Statement has not been
submitted.
Copies of the Environmental Statement relating to
planning permission 11/1317, plans and documents
relating to the application and information relating to
discharge of condition applications can be viewed at
