Marinate chiken with all d above ingreients n cuk 4bout half an hour in ghee/butter.

In a large bowl add the butternut, sweet potato, mayo, orange juice & olive oil. Mix well & set is

preheated oven of 180c. Boil d packet soup till it becomes half in quantity. Pour over veges just

4 eggs (separated)
1 cup castor sugar

Ingredients
100 g plain flour
15 g cocoa powder
1 egg
1 egg yolk
1 tbsp vegetable oil, plus extra for frying
250 ml milk
For the filling
170 g Greek yogurt
142 g ready madecustard
4 tsp freshmint, chopped
175 g raspberries
225 g strawberries, sliced
50 g dark chocolate, optional
Chocolate Sause
For the pancakes: Sift the flour and cocoa into a bowl, add the egg and egg yolk and oil then
gradually whisk in the milk until smooth. Leave to stand for 15 minutes.
For the filling: Mix the yogurt, custard and chopped mint together. Mix the berries together in a
separate bowl. Melt the chocolate if using to decorate, in a bowl set over a small saucepan of
gently simmering water.
To cook the pancakes, heat a little oil in the base of a frying pan, pour the excess out of the pan
into a bowl then add 2-3 tablespoons of the pancake batter to the pan, tilt pan to swirl the batter
over the base in a thin layer then cook until browned on the underside. Turn the pancake over
and cook the second side then slide out of pan and keep hot on a plate while you cook the
remaining mixture until you have 8 pancakes.
Fold the pancakes into quarters, spoon in the yogurt mix and berries in to each quarter, arrange
in pairs on serving plates and drizzle with melted chocolate, if using. Serve immediately.

My Personal Pepper Steak Filling......Pepper steak filling. 1kg steak cubed. 4 chopped onions.
Salt and black pepper to taste. 1tbsp plain garlic. 6 cloves. 1/2 cup sago soaked in water. Braise
onion with cloves until brown. Add steak. Brown. Add salt pepper garlic. Cook until tender. Dnt
dry out. There must be a bit gravy. Add sago and a little extra water. Cook till sago is done. Cool
and fill.

Steak pie filling recipe
2 kg cubed steak
Olive Oil for cooking
salt & pepper to taste
2 tsp ginger garlic
4 tblsp vinegar (add more if your steak does not get tender enough)
3 tsp barbeque spice
3 tsp steak & chops spice
2-3 tsp of chopped fresh green chilli
1 tsp nutmeg
1 tsp mustard powder
2 tsp dhana jeero
tsp turmeric
1 sachet tomato paste about 2 tblsp
cup chopped coriander/dhania
splash of Worcestershire sauce
Cook the above until the steak is soft and tender. If it gets too dry, add a little water and cook
further. Switch off and let it cool before using.
If you want your steak more moist, once its done add two tablespoons of Cross&Blackwell Chilli
Sauce, 1 tablespoon of mustard sauce and 1 tablespoon barbeque sauce.
For a large steak pie, add piccalilli to your steak filling, its delicious! Habiba
Vanilla Swiss Roll
4eggs
1/2 cup castor sugar
1tsp vanilla
1cup flour
1/4 tsp salt
1tsp baking powder
2tbl milk
line baking tray with wax paper grease well)
7-10 min till golden brown
Extra sugar for dredging
Beat eggs till light and fluffy. Gradually add in sugar, vanilla continue beating until mixture is pale
yellow and leaves a thick trail.
Sift dry ingredients 3 times, sprinkle mixture lightly over egg mixture. Folds lightly with metal
spoon. Fold in 2tbl milk.
When baked..
Place tea towel on table. Cover with sheet of wax paper which is slightly bigger than swiss roll
tin, sprinkle with the extra sugar. Quickly turn the cake onto tea towel and paper. Trim edges.
Place another paper on top. Cool seam side down. Cool unroll and fill. Sprinkle with castor sugar
before serving
Filling
1 cup cold milk
1 pkt butter caramel pudding
125ml fresh cream
Beat one minute until smooth. Chill 15 min . Spread roll and chill before serving.

Beat eggs with beater until thick and foamy. Add sugar spoonful by spoonful while beating
contionusly, till it leaves a trail. Sift dry ingredients 3 times. Than throw on egg foam and blend
with metal spoon. Bake 10-15 min at 200 until brown and firm.

Mini Steak Rolls kilo steak
1 tsp red chillie powder
1 tsp mustard powder
1 tsp Texan steak spice
1 tsp BBQ spice
1 tsp lemon & herb spice
1 tsp garlic & herb spice

Slices of bread
Method;
Cook steak with all ingredients.
Cut edges of slices of bread.
Roll the slices lightly with rolling pin till relatively flat. Place filling on one side and put a flour and
water paste along edges (for sticking).
Then roll the breadn over to make roll shape.
Press the sides to make sure all sides are closed.

Fresh red and green chillies ground. Cook chickn with above. Sperately. Boil 2cups chopped
spaghetti. Cube 1red pepper. Cube 1green pepper. Cube 1 yellow pepper. Grate 2 carrots. Add
veg to chicken with 4tblsp soya sauce. Make butter sauce for spaghetti. 4tbls butter.
Salt.pepper.mixed herbs. Add to chicken mix well. Fill in spring rolls. Fry in hot oil. ENJOY!!!

MARSHMALLOW SQUARE KABAABS. 500 g fillet cubed. 2-3 tbsp of feta cheese crumbled. Add
green masala to taste. 1/2 cup boiled macaroni. 1/4 cup chopped greens. WHITE SAUCE. 1/2
tbsp butter. 1/2 tbsp flour. 1/2 cup milk. TOPPING. 1 egg beaten. 1 cup extra fine raw vermicelli.
Cook chicken with green masala(salt crushed jeera ground garlic n green chilli) add a gud dash
of lemon juice cook until done(don't add 2 much salt bec feta has a high salt content)add boiled
macaroni and greens when a bit cool.make white sauce(thick n not runny)add feta and mix wit
meat mixture(should b moist like kebab mixture)pat flat in a lightly greased baking tray n
refridgerate until hard then cut into 3cm squares.carefully dip in egg n roll in crushed
vermicelli(should hav a marshmallow effect)place on greased baking pan pour 1/2 tsp oil over
each n bake 180c for 10-12 min.remove when vermicelli is golden brown. PS can b fried but so
much healthier to bake them. PS instead of vermicelli u can substitute sesame seeds. ENJOY!
Creme Caramel
Cook: 1 hr
Ingredients
2/3 cup sugar
1/3 cup water
1 cup milk
1 cup heavy cream
4 egg yolks
1/2 cup caster or fine sugar
1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
Directions
Special equipment: a pastry brush, 6 (4-ounce) ramekins
Preheat the oven to 325 degrees F.
Place the sugar and water in a heavy-bottomed saucepot over low heat. Let the sugar dissolve.
Carefully brush the walls of the pot with a little water to prevent the sugar from crystallizing on the
sides. Increase the heat to medium-high and boil until the syrup turns golden brown. Remove
from the heat promptly and carefully divide the hot caramel among the 6 ramekins. Let cool for at
least 2 minutes.
In a medium saucepan, bring the milk and cream to just below a boil over medium-high heat.
Meanwhile, mix together the egg yolks, caster sugar, and vanilla in a large mixing bowl. Place
the mixing bowl on top of a towel to keep it from wobbling while whisking in the hot liquid. Gently
whisk 2 tablespoons of the hot milk mixture into the egg mixture. Slowly whisk in the remaining
hot milk mixture 1/3 at a time, trying to prevent excess bubbles. Strain though a sieve.
Place 6 ramekins evenly spaced in a paper towel-lined baking dish to prevent the ramekins from
sliding. Pour 6 ounces into each caramel-coated ramekin. Place on the extended middle rack of
the oven. Carefully pour boiling water into the baking dish until 2/3 of the way up the sides of the
ramekins. (Be careful not to get any water on the custard mixture.) Cover the baking dish with
aluminum foil and very gently slide it towards the center of the rack. Bake for about 35 minutes,
or until the custards are almost fully set. Remove from the oven. Use tongs to remove the
ramekins from the hot water bath. Let stand at room temperature for 5 minutes, then refrigerate
until well chilled.
To serve, dip the ramekin in very hot water for 15 to 20 seconds. Run a sharp knife around the
sides of the ramekin. Invert the custards onto servin
plates. The caramel will pool around the inverted custards. Serve immediately.
Apple Puff Pancake's...
Ingredients
2 tbsp (30 mL) butter
4 eggs
1 cup (250 mL) milk
1 tsp (5 mL) vanilla
2/3 cup (175 mL) all purpose flour
2 tbsp (30 mL) granulated sugar
1/4 tsp (1 mL) cinnamon
2 medium apples, peeled, cored and thinly sliced
icing sugar for dusting
maple syrup, as an accompaniment, if desired
Cooking Instructions
.Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F (220 degrees C).
.Place the butter in a 10-inch (25 cm) deep dish pie plate or a 9-inch (23 cm) square baking dish.
.In a medium sized mixing bowl, beat together the eggs, milk and vanilla with an electric mixer
until well mixed and foamy.
In a small bowl, stir together the flour, sugar and cinnamon.
Add to the egg mixture and beat just until smooth. Set aside for a moment.
.Place the pie plate or baking dish into the oven and let heat until the butter is melted and hot.
Remove from the oven and holding the dish carefully with oven mitts, swirl gently to coat the
entire surface with butter.
Quickly arrange the apple slices evenly on the bottom of the dish and pour in the batter.
.Place in the oven and bake 30 to 35 minutes or until puffed and lightly browned.
Dust with icing sugar before cutting into wedges or squares. Serve with a drizzle of maple syrup
if you like.

powder. 1 tbls ghee. 1 cup warm water 2 make a soft dough with oil & milk. Method: Roll as 4
rotis depending wat size but dis must be thick like rotlas....bake in hot pre heated oven on 220.4

HOT AND SOUR SOUP ::: Hot n sour soup-250g chicken fillet cubed,
1 teaspoon salt, 2 tablespoon oil,
1 onion sliced thinly,
2 tablespoon soya sauce,
2 tablespoon chillie sauce,
3 tablespoon vinegar,
2 teaspoon powder chilies,
4 tablespoon cornflour,
2 tablespoon sugar,
pinch of red and yelow powder,
quarter cup green peppers chopped,
2-3 whole green chillies chopped into small
pieces..
METHOD
boil chicken with salt and garlic till cooked and
then shred it. heat oil and fry onions, add rest of
ingredients except cornflour and cook till dry. Add
chicken and 8 cups water and boil. Mix the cornflour
with half cup water and mix well. Pour into boiling
soup but keep stirring so doesnt lump up.Add
chopped green chillies. If u dnt wnt it too chilli
thn put less powder chillies.

400g fillet cubed
4 tblsp butter
1 tsp dhanya & jeera pwd. 3/4 tsp arad

lemon juice

Method
mix half the milk with cornflour and set aside .
heat butter dont brown add spices. Add chicken

lower heat add milk cornflour mix.

a light hand..place in greased cup cake pans...bake at 180 for 15-20 minutes

1 cup flour
1 cup castor sugar
4 eggs , separated

100g cashew and coconut chocolate, grated

METHOD
Beat together flour, sugar, egg yolks, water and oil. Then mix in vanilla essence and baking
powder, then FOLD in grated chocolate and coconut
Beat egg whites stiff. Fold into above mixture. Bake on 180 for 45 mins in a loaf or round pan.
GANACHE
1 slab dairy milk choc..
Melt choc,stir in a tin of nestle cream...pour over cake,top with more grated
c,c,chocolate..decorate as desired......
TOP DECK CUPCAKES
125g butter

cupcake pans 1/3 full with brown,then place a piece of top deck chocolate on top.Fill another 2/3
with white.batter Bake @ 180degrees until done.When cool decorate with ganache and cream or

pound butter

PEPPERMINT CAKE
125g butter
1 cup sugar
3 eggs
cup coconut
1 tsp peppermint essence
tsp green coloring
1 cup flour
2 tsp baking powder
Two third cup milk
Beat butter and sugar well...add eggs one at a time.add coconut,essence and colour..fold in dry
ingredients..add milk..pour into greased round pan..bake at 180 for 30-35 minutes..allow to
cool..turn out onto rack..cut equally into 4 slices..
Beat 1 fresh cream with 2tblsp icing sugar,and a drop of green colour till stiff..spread between the
layers..
Make a choc ganache,by melting a plain slab..mix in 6 tblsp nestle cream..pour over cake..top
with grated areo..
PASTRY CAKES. 250g butter
1 cup castor sugar
Beat together until light and fluffy..then Add: 6 eggs (one at a time).
1 tsp vanilla essence
tsp egg yellow food colouring
2 tsp orange juice
Mix in well,then add:
cup milk
Beat well.
1 roll puff pastry
Apricot jam
Open out pastry and cut 20 circles to fit the bottoms of cupcake pan.place a half tsp of apricot
jam in the centre of the pastry..fill each pastry with cake mixture..cut strips of leftover pastry and
put over.
Bake at 180 Until light gold..remove from pan whilst still hot..sift with icing sugar..
Chicken Rissois(half moon) filling
Cook chicken fillet with red masala salt n water.. Drain when chicken in cooked
Let chicken cook and shred
In a separate pot, saut an onion in olive oil with a teaspoon of whole jeeru
When beginning to brown, add crushed garlic and chicken
Lower the heat
In a bowl, mix 1 tablespoon flour, 1 tablespoon maizena and 1 cup of milk. Add chopped greens -
dhana or Italian parsley - has to be fresh
Add milk mixture to chicken and stir slowly til thick.. Don't stop stirring else there will be lumps
Adjust salt and add green chilli to taste
U can also add white pepper
Fill moons, dip in egg roll in breadcrumbs and freeze or fry
BBQ Chicken Thighs
1/4 cup Tomato
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 tablespoon lemon juice or vinegar
1 tsp. brown sugar
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. black pepper
Directions
Preheat Oven 180 degrees
Combine all of the ingredients for the bbq sauce in a small bowl.
Clean and pat dry the chicken thighs.
Place in a baking dish and rub the chicken thighs all over with the sauce.
Place in oven and bake for 40-45 minutes.
Filling for Bagels or swarma
Half kg fillet stripped. 1tsp salt. 1tsp chili powder. 1tsp garlic. Half tsp black pepper. 2tblsp lemon
juice. Cook chicken in ghee. Add. 2tblsp steers peri peri sauce. 2tblsp tomato sauce. 2tblsp
mustard sauce. Spread sandwich cream on bottom piece of bagel.(I used creme
fraiche/sandwich spread mixed) Shredded lettuce. Chicken. Close with other half. Enjoy!!!
Spanakopita;(
its spanich and feta phyllo triangles). 1 bag spinach-blanch and refresh with ice-allow to
drain,liquidise in a magimix so it chops up- remove all excess water and leave aside. Saute 1 1/2
chopped onion in butter,add to spinach, add 3 eggs to the bowl. Add 1 tub feta-small tub. Add 1
tub smooth cottage cheese. 300g grated cheese. Mix 1 cup breadcrumbs. And 1 cup milk. Leave
aside and allow to harden/firm up. Add it to above mixture,check how runny,it must not be very
runny. Add salt and pepper and dried mint,herbs. Layer 5 layers of phyllo with butter,place
mixture over and top with 5 more layers of phyllo .brush with butter bake on 180 for an hour or
just under,

sift dry ing, add ghee and add water to mke a dough. Roll out into small rotis. Mix all filling

Steak pie filling
1kg Steak mince. 2 onions grated (water squeezed out). Green chillies sliced finely. 2 tbls
pounded red chillies. 2 tbls jeera pwd. 2 tbls Dhania an jeera pdw. 1 tsp arad. Mint finely
chopped an dhania finely chopped. Salt to taste, ginger garlic. Mix together wid one beaten egg
an form balls, if you are using a naan mixutre to make meat buns, or you can use it for any other

Pepper steak filling. 1kg steak cubed. 4 chopped onions. Salt and black pepper to taste. 1tbsp
plain garlic. 6 cloves. 1/2 cup sago soaked in water. Braise onion with cloves until brown. Add
steak. Brown. Add salt pepper garlic. Cook until tender. Dnt dry out. There must be a bit gravy.
Add sago and a little extra water. Cook till sago is done. Cool and fill.

Plaited Chicken Pies
1 x 500g self raising flour
1 cup cake flour
1 tsp baking pdr
1/2 lb Rama
6 tblsp sugar
1 tsp salt
4 eggs mixed with 1 cup maas
Method:
Make dough in food processor (magimix), add the maas-egg mix a little @ a tym. Might not need
entire liquid to make a soft dough
Filling
+/- 1 kg cubed chicken fillet, 1 onion. Make onions soft in ghee then throw in chicken with 2 tsp
salt(or less), garlic, 1/4 tsp pepper n green chillies to taste.
Kachoomber
Cube onions, tomato, n cucumber and season with salt n pepper. Optional green chillies. Add
mayo n mix together
To assemble, roll out dough into an oblong, make light markings on dough, with filling down the
centre and leaving dough on either sides for the plaits. First place chutney of your choice down
da centre, den chicken filling, den ur kachoomber den cheese. Cut dough on either sides into
strips and fold over filling to form a plait. Brush with egg, sprinkle thal/parsley and bake on 180
until golden. Happy eating, this recipe yields about 6 beeg pies. Freezer friendly after its

kg fillet cubed
1 onion
Slice onion and braise until pink, add in chicken with:
1 tsp garlic
2 tsp red chillies
1 tsp dhana jeeru
tsp arad

10 medium potatoes
Boil n mash then make wagaar with chopped curry leaves, mustard seeds, dhania, fresh. Red
chillies, garlic, butter then add to mash.

4cups flour
125g butter
1 ts salt
3 t sugar
1 ts mixed herbs/parsley
1 packet yeast
Beat 1 egg ,1 small tin cream, 1 cup water ,1 cup milk- form dough allow to rise and use

1 kg chicken
Red chillies
Green chillies
Ginger garlic and salt

Saute 1 large onion and 1 large tomatoe. Add chicken with spices allow to cook. Stir fry 2 cubed
carrots 1 pepper. Add 1/2 cup milk 1 t maziena-( white sauce)

Spinach Quiche 1/2 cup butter
3 cloves garlic, chopped
1 small onion, chopped
1 package frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
1 can mushrooms, drained
1 package herb and garlic feta, crumbled
Grated Cheddar cheese
salt and pepper to taste
Deep dish pie crust
4 eggs, beaten
1 cup milk
salt and pepper to taste.
Preheat oven to 190 Degrees.
In a medium frypan, melt butter over medium heat. Saute garlic and onion in butter until lightly
browned, about 7 minutes. Stir in spinach, mushrooms, feta and 1/2 cup Cheddar cheese.
Season with salt and pepper. Spoon mixture into pie crust.
In a medium bowl, whisk together eggs and milk. Season with salt and pepper. Pour into the
pastry shell, allowing egg mixture to thoroughly combine with spinach mixture.
Bake in preheated oven for 15 minutes. Sprinkle top with remaining Cheddar cheese, and bake
an additional 35 to 40 minutes, until set in center. Allow to stand 10 minutes before serving.

Sauce:
1 tub fresh cream
3Tlb garlic butter
1/4 tsp salt to taste
1/2tsp black pepper
1/2tsp ground green chillies
2 tsp chopped garlic fine
1/4tsp parsley & a dash of paprika and mixed herbs. Can add 1/4tsp mazeina to thicken sauce
slightly. Boil above till thickens slightly.
Slit diagonals on top of rolls, n pack into oven tray and fill with sauce between slits and over. Grill
in oven till rolls get crispy on da out side. Top with mozzarella cheese and put in oven againn for
short while till cheese just melts
Sweet Carrots
Ingredients
500 grams of Carrots or 6 large carrots . Peeled and cut diagonally into 1 cm pieces .
2 stick cinnamons
3 tablespoons of butter
1 tablespoon of sugar
1/2 a teaspoon of salt
Put the cut Carrots , a cup of water and the salt in a medium sized pot and bring to the boil , cook
for 5 minutes only on high heat -
Strain the carrots , put back in the pot and add the sugar , stick cinnamon and butter ... Allow to
simmer on stove top with lid on the pot for about 8-10 minutes , stirring occasionally .

Ingredients
* 2 cups flour
* 3/4 cup sugar
* 4 teaspoons baking powder
* 2 eggs, separated
* 1-1/2 cups milk
* 1 cup butter, melted
* 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
* Sliced fresh strawberries/bananas or fruits and syrups of choice.
Directions
In a bowl, combine flour, sugar and baking powder.
In another bowl, lightly beat egg yolks. To it add the milk, melted butter and vanilla. Mix well.
Then stir it into dry ingredients just until combined.
Beat egg whites until stiff peaks form; fold into batter.
Bake in a preheated waffle iron until golden brown. Serve with strawberries, syrups, whipped
cream, chocolate sauce, ice-cream etc.
Turkish delight treat:
1 liter milk.
4 T sago.
Put to boil on low till sago is glossy. When reaches boiling point add: 2 T custard powder +
2 T klim make a paste with
1/2 cup milk.
Add to milk mixture and give a nice boil. Remove from heat and add:
few drops rose essence.
1 small Nestle cream.
I large condensed milk.
Beat well with beater- cool and add in
1 cup of turkish delight (cut into small pieces) mix well and set in little bowls- spread fresh cream
and decorate with cubes of turkish delight.
Strawberry velvet mousse
1 pkt strawberry jelly
1 cup boiling water
1 cup choppd strawberries
210g nestle cream
250ml fresh cream
Dissolve jelly in boiling water.cool slightly until it begins 2 set.
Add jelly,condense milk n beat wit hand mixer.whip fresh cream until soft peaks form.fold gently
in2 jelly mixture.lastly add strawberries.pour in2 a jelly mould or shot glasses.set in
refrigerator.top wit fresh strawberries n serve. Enjoy!!

1 cup sour cream
Method:
process butter salt and flour in a processor until it resembles crumbs than add the sour cream to
make the dough the quantity of sour cream is enough to the flour to make a good dough
refrigerate the dough for about an hour or two than roll out into a rectangle and fold as for pastry.
Can refrigerate again or cut into shapes and fill . This dough works best and comes out light and
flaky if allowed to refrigerate

Ingredients
PASTRY
Makes about 40 (8cm rounds)
2 cups water
4 tbls butter/margerine
1 tspn salt
2 cups flour
FILLING
500gr chicken fillet
1 onion finely chopped
1 tbls oil
1 tsp ground coriander
1 tsp ground jeera
1/4 tsp tumeric
2 tspns kokni masala (wet or dry)
1 heaped tsp garlic
1 or 2 green chillies
half bunch fresh coriander leaves
salt to taste
COATING
1 cup breadcrumbs
1 tsp bbq OR steak & chop OR peppersteak
spice
2 eggs beaten, mixed with half cup milk
Method
Boil together butter, water & salt.Add
flour,vigourasly stirring and turning
heat on low,stirring untill pastry forms
a ball.
Remove from heat, cover with cloth &
allow to cool
Mix breadcrumbs and spice & set aside.
Steam chicken fillet, cool and shred or
cut up into very small cubes,
Braise onion in oil, add garlic,
chillies and spices & cook for 2
mins.Add shredded chicken & salt & cook
further 3 mins on very low heat. Stir in
coriander and cool.
Roll out dough and cut out rounds, place
2 tspns of fillig in centre, folding
over to form a halfmoon & pressing ends
firmly with fingers.
Dip into milk & egg mix and roll into
breadcrumbs.
Deepfry in oil as you do samoosas.

3/4cup icing sugar
1tsp vanilla
100g mint Aero chocolate
2cups cake flour
1/2tsp Baking Powder
Method: Mix butter, vanilla and icing sugar until smooth, fold in the chopped aero chocolate,
baking powder and enough cake flour to make a soft dough. Roll out dough 7mm thick on a
plastic sheet, cut out any shape, place 2cm apart on dusted baking tray and bake on 160 d/c for
10-15min. When cool, drizzle with chocolate. Enjoy

Tex Biscuit
250g butter
3/4 cup castor sugar
1 t vanilla essence
1 t coconut essence
1 cup coconut
2 T cocoa
1t baking powder
3 big Tex grated
Flour 2 make a soft dough
Topping
1oog plain chocolate grated
Method
Heat oven to 180 degrees.
Prepare a baking tray by lining with baking paper and coating with non stick spray. Store grated
plain chocolate in the fridge till ready for use.
In a large bowl, sift cocoa,baking powder&flour together. Mix in the tex and keep aside.
In a seperate bowl, cream butter & sugar until light and fluffy. Add essence and mix well. Add
coconut and mix. Add the sifted flour mixture & form a soft dough. Press evenly about 5mm thick
into tray.
Bake for 25 to 30 min. Remove from oven after 5 min, cut into squares. Sprinkle with grated
chocolate while warm.

Ingredients
1 x 110g bar of Nougat (flavour of your choice)
120g butter
120g castor sugar
1 egg yolk
... 180g cake flour
tsp baking powder
Method
Freeze Nougat overnight. Chip into small pieces with a sturdy knife.
Cream butter and sugar, beat in yolk add sifted dry ingredients.
Mix in frozen nougat chunks into mixture.
Roll onto log and place in fridge to firm up for 1-2 hrs.

set aside.
Filling-1 cup chopped pecans,100g dairy milk choppd,3/4 cup brown sugar,2 tsp cinnamon
powder,mix together - Fill batter halfway, spoon filling over, then spoon batter again, lastly put
filling on top.
Put In paper cups, bake at 180 for 15-20 min.
TOPPING:
