AER0 BISCUITS
250g butter or margarine
3/4cup icing sugar
1tsp vanilla
100g mint Aero chocolate
2cups cake flour
1/2tsp Baking Powder
Method: Mix butter, vanilla and icing sugar until smooth, fold in the chopped aero chocolate,
baking powder and enough cake flour to make a soft dough. Roll out dough 7mm thick on a
plastic sheet, cut out any shape, place 2cm apart on dusted baking tray and bake on 160 d/c for
10-15min. When cool, drizzle with chocolate. Enjoy
Umm Maryam:
Tex Biscuit
250g butter
3/4 cup castor sugar
1 t vanilla essence
1 t coconut essence
1 cup coconut
2 T cocoa
1t baking powder
3 big Tex grated
Flour 2 make a soft dough
Topping
1oog plain chocolate grated
Method
Heat oven to 180 degrees.
Prepare a baking tray by lining with baking paper and coating with non stick spray. Store grated
plain chocolate in the fridge till ready for use.
In a large bowl, sift cocoa,baking powder&flour together. Mix in the tex and keep aside.
In a seperate bowl, cream butter & sugar until light and fluffy. Add essence and mix well. Add
coconut and mix. Add the sifted flour mixture & form a soft dough. Press evenly about 5mm thick
into tray.
Bake for 25 to 30 min. Remove from oven after 5 min, cut into squares. Sprinkle with grated
chocolate while warm.

Nougat Butter Cookies...
Ingredients
1 x 110g bar of Nougat (flavour of your choice)
120g butter
120g castor sugar
1 egg yolk
... 180g cake flour
tsp baking powder
Method
Freeze Nougat overnight. Chip into small pieces with a sturdy knife.
Cream butter and sugar, beat in yolk add sifted dry ingredients.
Mix in frozen nougat chunks into mixture.
Roll onto log and place in fridge to firm up for 1-2 hrs.
cut into rounds about 1cm thick and place on greased biscuit tray and bake in preheated oven .

Bounty cake. 125 g butter
1/2 cup castor sugar
3 egg yolks
1 tsp v.e
1 cup flour
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
2 tab cocoa
3/4 cup milk
Filling
3 egg whites
1/2 cup icing sugar
1 1/4 cups desicated coconut
Beat together butter and sugar till fluffy
Add egg yolks and beat again
Mix sifted dry ingredients together and gradually add in with milk
Filling.
Beat egg whites until stiff.
Add icing sugar and coconut.
Pour 2/3 of the battar in greased tin.
Add the coconut filling on top
Add the remaining batter
Bake at 180C for 30-40 mins
Topping:
100g dairy milk n 1/2 cup fresh cream boil together till
thick wen cool pour over the cake

Cinnabon cupcakes:
125 g butter
1cup brown sugar
3 eggs
1tsp bicarb
1 cup plain yoghurt
1 1/2 cup flour
1/2 cup self raising flour.
Beat butter n sugar,add eggs n beat,add yoghurt n beat,add dry ingredients little at a tym n beat,
set aside.
Filling-1 cup chopped pecans,100g dairy milk choppd,3/4 cup brown sugar,2 tsp cinnamon
powder,mix together - Fill batter halfway, spoon filling over, then spoon batter again, lastly put
filling on top.
Put In paper cups, bake at 180 for 15-20 min.
TOPPING:
tub cream cheese

120g butter
Beat together and pipe over cooled cakes.

Haldoni. Use line fish. 3 tomatoes (puree). 3 cloves of garlic. Green chillies. Amli juice. Lemon
juice- a few drops. Salt. Arad. Dhana jeera. Red chillie powder. Method: 1. Blend all ingredients
2gether in a liquidiser. 2. Heat oil n add a few curry leaves. 3. Add liquidised ingredients. Mix well
n allow to cook. 4. Add washed n cut fish pieces. Cook for aprox 13 to 15 minutes.

100g butter
2/3 cup caster sugar
1 tsp vanilla essence
2 eggs, lightly beaten
1 cup selfraisin flour
1/3 cup cocoa, sifted
teaspn bicarb
cup milk. 4tbl nutella. Method: beat buta n suga, add eggs, vanilla...fold in nutella , dry ingr n
milk. Syrup: 180g nutella, 100ml milk.....boil for few min( I also aded 4 balls lindt) best to make
squar cake cut into blocks den dip in syrup.....soaks up more!!!!-the secret chef recipes from
