Rates are per accommodation, per night, 2 people per room, and include full breakfast (except for Two Bedroom Villas which include up to 4 guests and
the Ian Fleming Villa which includes up to 10 guests)
$75 per night for each additional guest
A 20% service charge and Government tax plus a $1.00 accommodation tax per bedroom, per night are not included
Three-night deposit or 50% of total reservation (whichever is greater) is required upon making a booking. Final payment is due in full 30 days prior to
arrival date
Holiday Policy: 7-night minimum over Christmas and a separate 7-night minimum over New Year. Five-night minimum over US and UK holidays
Festive Season Policy (December 20 January 7): Three-night non-refundable deposit or 50% of total reservation (whichever is greater) is required upon
making a booking. Final payment is due in full 90 days prior to arrival date
Full property, group, and the Ian Fleming Villa bookings are subject to alternate terms and conditions

CANCELLATION POLICY
Full refund for cancellations up to 45 days prior to arrival. Within 45 days prior
to arrival, initial deposit is not refundable. Within 30 days prior to arrival (or no
show), no refund of full balance
Festive Season Policy (December 20 January 7): Initial deposit is
nonrefundable. Cancellation must be made 90 days prior to arrival for refund
of payment less initial deposit. Within 90 days prior to arrival (or no show), no
refund of full balance
A reservation will not be considered cancelled until a cancellation number has
been received from an Island Outpost representative
