ORDER

Sub$court #hrissur has ordered that the Plaintiff 5contractor7 shall be entitled to release
an amount of Rs.('0(99/$ 5 Rupees Eight Lakhs #%enty ,ine #housand Eight
Bundred and Se:enty Se:en only7 from the defendants 5Secretary to 6o:ernment
!rrigation Department and Superintending Engineer !rrigation "entral "ircle
#hrissur7. #he "ourt has also ordered that the plaintiff shall be entitled to got interest

action against Smt. P. Lathika "hief Engineer 5!@A7 by imposing a minor penalty of
barring of one increment %ithout cumulati:e effect.
