+o ensure the movement of any mechanically broken do,n truck is performed safety
so as not to cause in-ury or damage to person or e.uipment.
Untuk memastikan pergerakan truk yang rusak secara mekanis dapat dilaksanakan
dengan aman sehingga tidak terjadi adanya kecelakaan atau kerusakan terhadap
seseorang ataupun peralatan.

+his procedure is applicable to all Coal /aul +rucks, Leighton 0ater +ruck, Crane
+ruck, 1uel +rucks and 2ervice +rucks.
3t applys to the entire site from the (it area to the &om stock area.
Procedure ini dipakai untuk seluruh Truk Haul oad, !ater Truck "eighton, #rane
Truck, $uel Truck dan Service Truck.
Dipakai untuk seluruh site dari (it Area sampai ke &om 2tock Area.

a. 0hen the follo,ing trucks break do,n in the mine site or coal haul road, the
information must be reported to the Leighton 2upervisor immediately.
4 All Coal /aul +rucks
4 Leighton 0ater +rucks
4 Leighton 1uel, 2ervice and Crane +rucks
%pabila Truk berikut rusak pada saat di &ine Site atau Haul oad, harus
dilaporkan segera kepada Supervisor "eighton.
4 2eluruh Coal /aul +rucks
4 Leighton 0ater +rucks
4 Leighton 1uel, 2ervice dan Crane +rucks
b. +he recovery of the broken vehicle ,ill be supervised and managed by
Leighton 2upervisor.
Penarikan kendaraan yang rusak akan dia'asi dan diatur oleh Supervisor
"eighton.

3n the event of a coal, service, fuel, crane or ,ater truck breaking do,n.
Kegiatan pada tambang batu bara, dimana service, (uel, crane atau tanki air rusak.
a. 2ecure the area ,ith respect to 2afety
4 5nsure vehicle is in mobili6ed i.e. cannot roll for,ard or back,ard.
4 3f possible position the vehicle to the left hand side of the road,ay to
avoid causing a blockage of the road.
Kondisikan daerah sekitar agar aman apabila kendaraan tidak dapat
dimajukan atau dimundurkan
) Pastikan kendaraan telah dimobilisasikan, seperti * tidak dapat diputar
kedepan atau kebelakang.
) +ika memungkinkan posisikan kendaraan kebagian samping kiri jalan
untuk menghindari pemblokiran jalan.
b. #otify your direct 2upervisor of your situation and location, ask him to notify
the Leighton 7peration 2upervisor.
,eritahukan Supervisor anda mengenai lokasi dan situasi, mintalah untuk
memberitahukan hal tersebut pada "eighton -peration Supervisor.
c. +he vehicle is not to be moved until the Leighton 2upervisor has inspected the
location and 'ehicle.
Kendaraan tidak boleh dipindahkan sampai "eighton Supervsior selesai
menginspeksi lokasi dan kendaraan.

a. +he recovery must be controlled by the Leighton 2uperintendent or
2upervisor.

b. &ecovery from the Mine 2ite to Leighton 0orkshop can be completed or both
day and night shift.
Penarikan dari tambang ke "eighton !orkshop dapat dilakukan pada shi(t

c. 3f the broken vehicle has operational 81ull9 braking and steering available.
+ika kendaraan yang rusak memiliki rem dan kemudi yang masih dapat
benar.benar di(ungsikan.
4 :se a suitable si6ed to, sling and suitable vehicle to recover the broken
truck.
/unakan ukuran sling panarik yang sesuai dan kendaraan yang sesuai
untuk menarik truk yang rusak.
4 Manufacture to, points available on vehicle must be used to attach the
sling to.
Kait gandengan yang ada pada kendaraan harus digunakan untuk
menyambung sling.

4 5nsure the sling is attached to both vehicles securely and is unable to
drop off.
Pastikan sling tersambung pada kedua kendaraan dengan aman dan
tidak mudah terjatuh.
4 5scorts must be present in front and behind the recovery and broken
vehicle respectively.
Pemandu harus berada didepan dan dibelakang kendaraan yang rusak
dan sedang dalam penarikan
4 +he to, speed must be kept slo,, a ma;imum of "< km$hrs is permitted.
Kecepatan penggandeng harus tetap pelan, sesuai dengan yang dijinkan
maksimum 01 km2jam.
d. 3f the broken vehicle has #7 operational 81ull9 braking or steering available.
+ika rem dan kemudi pada kendaraan rusak tidak dapat di(ungsikan.
4 3f truck is full of coal, truck is to be emptied first.
+ika truk penuh dengan batu bara, truk harus dikosongkan terlebih
dahulu.
4 +he *! !rader is to be used as the to,ing vehicle.
/rader 34/ akan digunakan sebagai penggandeng kendaraan.
4 +he solid hitch is to be attached bet,een the broken truck and the *!
!rader.
/arus dipasang Penahan hentakan dari batang panjang yang kuat
antara truk yang rusak dan /rader 34/.
4 +he *! !rader is to to, the broken truck to the respective ,orkshop.
!rader *! digandengkan pada truk yang rusak menu-u 0orkshop yang
telah ditentukan.
4 5scorts must be present in front and behind the recovery and broken
vehicle respectively.
