Projects Work Plan

I was involved in the development of a goal setting website. Users of the
website are able to create new goals or adapt an existing goal (e.g. To
 loose 10 pounds in a month) according to their needs. A user is able to
add obstacles in achieving a goal, strategy to overcome it and related
tasks. AJAX is used to give it a nice and sleek look along with providing a
good user experience. Cronjob is used to send task reminders through
email to the members. A user may select the day when he or she would
like to receive the reminder.
 Designed classes of the project based on the specifications provided
 Developed a calendar that supports Drag n Drop to allow users to
create, delete , move tasks
 Designed database of the project
 Developed an admin panel so the administrator of the website may
manage users, add/edit/delete goals

Domain Auction
The website allows users to buy or sell the domains. The concept of
auction helps both buyers and sellers to get the best price. The users are
able to browse different categories to find a domain related to specific
fields. Many types of auctions are supported by the system. Each domain
has an associated expiry time. After expiry time, no one is able to bid on
the domain. A seller may use any of the following three auction systems:
Offer/Counter offer, English auction and Buyout auction. The system
allows buyer to use a facility of Proxy Bidding. To avoid fraud, the system
allows users to use Escrow services provided by the system.
