Below are links to a variety of primary-source documents related to the 287(g) program of Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE),
through which state and local law enforcement officers are "deputized" to enforce federal immigration law (see ICE's most recent Fact Sheet
for more background).
Where applicable and available, this table includes links to the Memoranda of Agreement (MOA) that each jurisdiction has signed to participate
in the program. Additionally, many jurisdictions have signed Intergovernmental Service Agreements (IGSAs) whereby they have contracted
with ICE to house immigration detainees (for a fixed-rate fee); the "IGSA" column notes whether each jurisdiction has such an agreement, with
links to those I have been able to locate. Finally, the last column ("Notes") links to any other primary-source documents I have been able to
find related to that particular jurisdiction's participation in the program. Also be sure to check out the ICE 287(g) training materials.
This page will be updated as more information becomes available. Also be sure to check out www.INA287.org for more on the 287(g) program
and other ICE enforcement programs and activities. If you have questions, comments, or related information that you would like to share, feel
